Everything is perfect except the location is like two floor down of cliff side, need to walk through stairs. However property provides assistance to carry the luggage. Otherwise, location is awesome.

The stairs! (we're in our 70"s) But that's part of booking cliffside Caldera view.

The view was specular! Although a lot of stairs, not as many as some farther down the cliffside. They carried our bags up the stairs to the taxi on our departure. Buffet breakfast was lovely. The room had lots of seating space and was nicely decorated. Location was very close to the bus for trips to Oia, the New Port, and elsewhere. Sunset was right in front of our balcony.

Previous negative comments regarding steps leading to and from the hotel can be overcome by giving Donna and Valentino some notice, they will be able to help with the luggage. Valentino helped us with our luggage both ways at check in/out. Floor in the shower room can be slippery if you are wearing room slippers.

Fantastic location, walkable from main bus station and taxi depot. Lovely and unobstructed views from the hotel and terrace. Room was a good size and comfortable. Donna, the owner and her staff were accommodating and helpful. Donna even rang to find out if one of the tours and the cable car to the old port was running for us. Staff were very receptive to our suggestions for some minor addons for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at DELION View Hotel. Located in the heart of Fira and very close to everything. The room is nice, clean, spacious with amazing sunset and caldera views. Staff are super friendly. Donna the owner is very helpful with your needs. No need to stay in Oia for the views because this place got it all.

It was unusually cold in Santorini during my stay so heavier bed clothes would have been good but there was a blanket in the wardrode.

The room was comfy and clean. Good air con. Bathroom and shower very good. The views are great. Breakfast was good. And Donna is a great host. Willing to chat if that's what you want.

Shower area is quite small, may be it fits for using rain shower. However, it's not a big issue during my stay.

Location is the best. I didn't rent a car during my stay at the hotel, however, the bus station is only 5-8 Min walk. It's super convenient. Hotel owner and staff are super nice. They always asked if I need anything. Chistina's homemade strawberry jam is the best I have ever had. They also packed and gave the jams to me, what a nice people they are! :) The room I stayed was very comfy! The room by the reception has the best view ever! My stay was in early Dec. so there was not crowd at all. I did feel like home during my stay and thinking to visit again. Thank you Donna, Chistina, Vadi. :)

The pool is small and uninviting. Small shower cubicle. Breakfast didn't have many options, but it was filling.

Location is one of the best in Fira. Sunset views are truly magnificent. Rooms are large with good aircon. Although the bathroom was small with an even smaller shower area. I guess this was because rooms are built in natural caves. Balcony is a really good addition. We had excellent views over Caldera and enjoyed great views from our room and balcony. Great staff, especially Dona and Valentino.
