We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenHow to turn on the air conditioning was unclear, but the staff helped rapidly. The toilet flushing was not working properly. Sound insulation was almost absent. The breakfast was quite primitive.
Friendly staff, easy check-in. Atmospheric surroundings, beautiful beach, and many good restaurants nearby. Close to the bus stop for the airport.

ThailandThe only thing that I didn’t like was the shower because I couldn’t figure out how to hang it up so had to hold the shower head to take a shower.
It was great value money, especially as I’m the room price also included breakfast. I stayed in a hostel with a shared bathroom that cost more and this place was way better. The bed was big for a single and there was a fridge and balcony. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

FinlandPoor soundproof. The noises from the corridor and other balconies can get really loud depending on your neighborhoods. Hair (from cleaning lady) on the floor after room make-up, shower curtain could be changed to a new a sturdy one. No hook for the shower :( makes it difficult to shower.
Great price for that kind of room for a short stay. The staff at the desk was really nice. Everything was smooth. Breakfast included. The location is great, it's a short walking distance to anything. The room is nice, light and modern with a big comfy bed but the room is very small. Big terrace with window.
