Only one small recommendation. The towels and bed linen had a few stains, but still clean and fresh.

Excellent location. Gorgeous big room and outside pool area. Other hotels more central would charge a fortune for the same space and only a short walk to beautiful Imerovigli, with a gorgeous costal walk along to Thira. Staff were also perfect!! Debbie is wonderful and the room service all done via WhatsApp was great. Never had to wait long for anything.

The pool could have been warmer - however we visited in early season and the weather was not quite warm enough to heat the pool with ambient sun.

Really nice sized outdoor area. We ended up only leaving the property once in our 5 night stay as we had everything we needed here. The menu was great with lots of options. The portion sizes are huge (we only had 2 meals a day while we stayed) and everything was delivered to our room, making it so easy to relax! And having a private pool was amazing.

The private pool was freezing. This would have been fantastic during summer but because we stayed at the tail end of summer, it was really cold for us to use.

The service was perfect! Everything we wanted to do we just send a message to the host and they would fix it for us. Also the hostess was very nice and kind. The accommodation was also very clean and the breakfast was nice! Will definitely come back here if we going back to Santorini! 😊

Brilliant Suites are incredible! The rooms are clean, spacious and feel luxurious with a terrace and private pool with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. The customer service provided from all staff - from front desk reception to housekeeping - is 5 star. Debbie was incredibly helpful, making local recommendations and booking restaurants for us. Breakfast was fantastic and it was great to see healthy food options on offer. There is a Carrefour Market near the hotel (3-5 min walk) which is great and restaurants/cafes on the main strip are only a short walk away (10-15 mins). Highly recommend staying at Brillant Suites! Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough.

Unless you rent a car...It is about a 12-minute walk (uphill!) to get to the main area with the restaurants and views. There are no sidewalks, and it is not so fun in the hot sun. Taxis can be expensive, so going into town for dinner may be costly and out of the way. (I believe there is a bus into Oia but I never made it there). There is a closer market. Other than that, you are not very close to restaurants.

The place is beautiful! I had a private pool with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served to me every day, and there was a variety and much to eat! I enjoyed the tranquility, as it was not in the midst of the tourist area.

When we showered the water would take a long time to drain. So we had a shower in a puddle of water.

Our lovely receptionist was amazing, she was very quick and efficient. Our view, room, pool, house keeper, pool cleaner etc was just great! We have no complaints what so ever! We love how the breakfast had no wastage. You pick what you want and a time you want it and it will arrive on time. No food wastage and it was delicious!

This hotel is stunning, with gorgeous views. The service was very personalised and nothing was too much trouble. The bed and pillows were so comfy! Loved that they offer foam and feather! Waking up and opening the doors with views out towards the sea was so memorable. Having breakfast on the terrace was a lovely touch too. It’s a really private location, but a very short walk or 2 minute drive to the main town. Well connected with a bus stop right outside too.

Really the only issue was the room was nice, but a little small. Tough with 2 large suitcases. Also the pool was nice but not very warm for an early September stay. Be prepared for some wind since the location is elevated. lol

The view! Stayed here for our anniversary. Excellent communication with staff throughout the stay on WhatsApp. The suite was comfortable and appealing. Beautiful property with contemporary look. Plenty of parking for rental car. Breakfast was included and served to the room everyday.

Cleaning staff went into our pool area every day at around 7AM which was super weird - it made us feel pretty exposed. We would much more rather to get the pool area cleaned during the time we were out (meaning when the room itself is being cleaned). Shower didn't had a decent strength of water flow, also the temperature was not hot enough.

The staff were very kind and smiley and helped us with anything we asked. The property is beautiful, very spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The outside pool area is lovely. It faces the sunrise so you can enjoy the pool mostly for the first half of the day when the sun shines in this angle. Relatively to other properties in this village, it is pretty easy to get to the property - a few minutes walk from the bus station. The bus to Thira is about 10minutes drive.

Our stay, from start to finish, was excelllent! From our arrival the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She gave us recommendations as where to eat, what to see and do, ect. They carried our luggage to the room for us. Staff was very polite and helpful. - The room, the Honeymoon suite with the infinity pool, was very clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a comfy bed. We took advantage any chance we got to get in the pool! - For breakfast we could choose between a variety of food and beverages, which were brought to our room, and they all were delicious! - The location of the apartments were near Imerovigli (3min by car) but in a very quiet and beautiful place. The view there (and especially from inside the pool) was exquisite!! - We had a car so we could travel to anywhere in the island and everything was close. Any chance we return to Santorini, we will certainly choose this place again!!
