Fan is noisy in the outside cave bedroom. The pod coffee machine is a little temperamental.

Great location. We felt like locals at the cafe/bar around the corner. Beautiful house and the 2 terraces are great for a relaxing drink at the end of the day.

The location of the property was perfect for us. It was central and yet quiet. The rooms were all well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind. The owners of the property could not have been more helpful, not only with transport but with ideas of where to go/what to do. the lane outside the house was a bit dirty and tv could have been a smart tv.

it was very homely ,spacious for a couple and value for money. there were some board games which really added fun to our stay

Fantastic house in the middle of charming Megalochori. Spacious and with two big terraces. A major plus is that unlike much other accommodation on Santorini, this actually a traditional house, not purpose-built for tourists, which gives it additional charm. The host is very welcoming and helpful, full of tips about the island. Considering the prices on the island, this place is good value for money.

Our host was brilliant, she was very helpful and responsive. Helped with taxis, tours, restaurants- lots of suggestions. The kids loved "the cave". The roof terrace was fab, hot showers, equiped kitchen. The local bakery was great, village walking distance with restaurants. Great area to explore the island.

Initially we wanted to stay around Thira but had no luck finding anything suitable. When I booked, the property was recently listed, didnt have any reviews and a few photos so I cant say that I had high expectations but oh my, how wrong I was. We arrived early in the morning and a driver picked us up from the airport. Eugenia came and met us in the Family Bakery, then she returned to the property to help with the cleaning. Konstantinos brought us to the location later and we were greeted with a fresh lemonade. When we checked in the biggest surprise was the cave bedroom / bathroom as there were no images with it when I booked. The apartment is very spacious, clean, super fast wifi, well equipped kitchen and even board games. We loved the big courtyard but our favorite place was the pièce de résistance - the pergola with bougainville flower with the church in the background. Straight out of a postcard. Eugenia suggested us many great places and restaurants/bars that we tried during our seven days stay. It felt like visiting a friend or family member, hands down the best experience I had during my last +10 years of traveling. Highly recommened and I am already considering to return here in the nearest future. Efcharistoume para poli!!!

Eugenia made my stay seamless and enjoyable by suggesting activities and places to visit , even though I stayed here for only 1 night (I wish it was longer!). The house is beautiful and has everything you may need & more- I especially love the Bougainville terrace.

There are no negatives about this property. If I had to list one thing I would say that it would have been cool if they had a pool but we visited the beach clubs in Perissa and had a blast there.

This property was perfect for our vacation. Our hosts Kostantinos and Eugenia were wonderful. They sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport which was included in the price and then Kostantinos met us as we arrived at the property and he treated us like family. He provided us with a map of the Island and spent over an hr giving us tips and providing great recommendations for our stay. Initially, when we booked our trip to Santorini we wanted to stay in Oia or Fira and everything was sold out. That was a blessing because we loved staying in Megalochori Village. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. These other areas are busy and crazy if you are visiting in the high season. Kostantinos and Eugenia helped us arrange for a car rental for a few days and they had the car brought to us which was so convenient and the price was in line with what we researched online! They were always extreamly responsive over text and really helped us so much with our trip we are forever grateful. We are a family of 4 and have traveled a great deal in the last year and I can honestly say that these hosts are the best we have ever encountered and we've had amazing hosts! The house is perfect and fully set up to make you comfortable. The master bedroom has AC and a master bath. The living which has a sofa bed also has AC and then there is a separate bedroom towards the entrance of the house which is a little cave. This room only has a fan but my son loved it! He felt he was sleeping in the bat cave. Because it is like a cement cave these structures tend to keep cooler than any other building/structures I have ever been in and we visited in July!

That I didnt stay longer!!!!

This is an absolute hidden gem!!! I highly recommend!!! Set in the stunning village of Meglochoria. I driver met us at the port.. this was complimentary!!! And dropped us just outside the village, where we was greated by a friend of the host. We was shown around the 2 bedroom house... which is stunning!!! Everything you would need and want!!! There was fresh lemonade waiting for us, we were given a map and had a chat about the island and recommendeds given. They afforded to help us get a car or quad but we settled to us public transport and the bus stop is 4 minute walk from the house! Honestly it was like staying at a friends house with hotel qualities, tea/ coffee provided/ bottles of water. The host invited us out for the evening!! I've left with my heart filled and a new friend made!!! They arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the port... so helpful!!

House more suited to a small family than 2 couples as 2nd bedroom a small cave room and second bathroom basically just a toilet with shower, very small.

Very clean with regular servicing available. Nice quiet area away from the tourists, close to restaurants and a lovely family cafe/bar. House had a washing machine which was a real bonus. Suited to a small family. Host Eugenia was excellent 😀 she was very helpful giving us lots of info, checking in and organising a private tour for us.

nothing we disliked at all!

we loved everything about this property, down to the lay out and attention to detail for the comfort of their guests! we especially adored the terrace and cave bedroom! the perfect location for a lovely traditional quiet town. especially grateful for such an amazing host! Eugenia really helped us settle in, showing us all the best spots to visit and being on call if ever we needed, which we really appreciated!
