Our host was very kind and nice, she picked us up from the Port in Ios, where we arrived with the ferry. We could already check-in at 10 am, the beautiful beach is just 20 minutes walking distance. We stayed for 1 night during low-season and had the whole beach by ourselves. The area was quiet. To the town it’s also only a short walking distance.

This is by far the best place we have stayed at on our travels. The hosts are amazing and can help with any recommendations for local places to visit. Getting picked up and dropped off at the port was a bonus too. The place has an amazing new pool and bar with a great view. Great value for money and we will definitely recommend this place to others.

We loved everything about Blue Sky! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly! We were picked up from the port which was a major help as it's about a 10 - 15 minute drive from the port. We were checked in early and our room was right next to the pool with such a great view! The pool was amazing! It was a big infinity pool with very cold temperature and lounge beds to soak up the sun. There is a bar next to the pool which played relaxing and chill beats throughout the day. Our bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning worked great. Our room was cleaned daily which was a bonus. There was a kitchenette with a stove to boil water and a fridge to keep drinks cool. Great location to the main part of town. Very informative, local and helpful host who was able to organise transport for us too.

Maroussa and Vangellis were very friendly, very helpful, made us feel very welcome. Maroussa collected us from the port and delivered us back there on our last day. She also arranged car hire and taxis for us. Vangellis always provided a lovely breakfast and drinks. Nothing was too much trouble for both Marcus's and Vangellis. Everything felt clean and fresh. The pool area was amazing lovely place to relax. The view was breathtaking. Thank you Maroussa and Vangellis for making our stay so memorable. We will be back next year! Say hello to Blue for us!

Not much to complain about.

Incredible ocean view, especially from the infinity pool which was amazing. Lit up at night which was the cherry on top. Little pool bar with drinks and some food if you just want to chill out for a while. Room was clean and offered daily tidying as needed. AC worked well and shower had nice hot water. Hosts were super friendly and easily available for any questions or suggestions. Offered free pickup and drop off from the port. Amazing dog on property who loves belly rubs! Public bus stop just steps away, or 10-15 minute walk into Chora town with majority of restaurants. Very easy to get around the island by bus. Overall amazing value and would love to stay here again.

Brilliant location, supermarkets, restaurants and bakery 5-10 mins walk up the hill. We walked down to beach in 10-15 minutes, there is a local bus though! New pool is 10/10! Amazing! Sun beds, towels, beautiful view, quiet! Wow! Free transfer was super easy to arrange and staff excellent!

Windows are in the room but there was no fly screens. No way you can have these open at night/evening with the mosquito’s.

It had a beautiful pool which had just been opened, and a soon to open bar along side it which we were so sad we missed out on. The staff were lovely, rooms were cleaned every day. We also got a lift to and from our accomodation to the port which was very handy. Location was perfect for us, we could walk into town and enjoy the nightlife and we could also walk to far our beach club. Would definitely come back here!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The view from our room was incredible and the owners were so lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect and it truly was! The location was perfect for our needs - in easy walking distance to the main town along with easy access to the regular buses that drove past the front door. The property is fantastic. It is still in construction, but this did not affect our stay in the slightest. The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect as it’s close to the city as well as the sea. The owner is sweet, welcoming and helpful. The room is stylish and cosy.

I have nothing bad to say about this place at all.

Maroussa and her entire family were brilliant!! They picked us up from the port and took us to their hotel and dropped us off back off again. The views are some of the best in Ios. The balconies of rooms offer beautiful views. The facilities were great. We stayed in the new rooms which were very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The infinity pool was a welcoming and very beautiful and pleasant surprise. We travelled all the way from perth with my family and we could not have felt more welcomed or looked after. If you are in this part of the world a visit to this place will not disappoint you.

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is newly renovated and beautifully presented. The view and facilities (new pool) was breathtaking - photos don’t do it justice. The host and family offer transfer from the port which was so helpful, they even guided us around the main town during the drive. The location is perfect with town being a level maybe 6 min walk and the main beach downhill around the same distance. The service, views and facilities make this stay feel 5 star. I will be returning for sure one day and could not recommend this property enough!
