Property is conveniently located and easily accessible. The unit itself is beautiful just as the pictures depict, very clean and well taken care. Our host welcomed us with much appreciated snacks, water and drinks after our journey. Matthew was particularly helpful with restaurants, fast food places and directions to parking and so we didn’t struggle much. We didn’t cook at all, however there are available amenities to cook. This part of the island does require you to rent some form of transportation as buses usually run across main centres and tourist attractions. This was overall a wonderful experience.

The dirt road down was rough, but not impossible

Everything. It’s what I always imagined a place on Santorini would be like. Spacious enough for two friends with comfortable furnishings, decks to relax on. A small kitchen thoughtfully stocked (especially with coffee). I hated leaving.

Pretty new and comfortable designed house. Perfect for a family stay. The location is not in the most popular places, however, the island is small and can go to most of places in 10-20 mins. The host is very nice, good,communication even before arival. The room is cleansed every day. It is better to rent a car, not just to arrive the apartment, also for easy transfer within the island.

Absolutely perfect! Mathew went above and beyond to offer great tips and recommendations but specifically his guests services were superb. if we could give a review higher than 5 we wouldn’t hesitate. The villa is very comfortable with breathtaking views and offers the best experience possible if you are looking for a calm and relaxed holiday in Santorini that is not in the heavily touristic area but still a very short drive to everything.

Matthew was an amazing host, greeted us personally at the door when we arrived. He was full of recommendations and helpful advice. And all of his recommendations were fantastic in terms of food and where to park. The place itself is clean with unblocked views. Off the main road but easy to find. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults, self sufficient with the necessary commodities. Comfortable beds and area to just lounge and enjoy the weather. Away from the crowded touristy spots but easy to reach from the place. He also graciously allowed us to stay as long as we needed for a late checkout while we waited for our ferry.

Very nice place and spacious villa for my family-4 people. Wifi, hotwater, clean bed and etc... Little far from the city(Fira and Oia), but it is easy to access both cities if you have a car. everything was prepared when we arrived. Host(Mathew) is really kind. He provided the necessary information for Santorini. It was very helpful.

we really enjoyed the villa. it was perfect for 4 of us! we would definitely comeback to this beautiful place if we have chance to come back to Santorini. the host is also super friendly & nice. the hotel itself is sparkling clean, very close to the beach.

Matthew was always on hand to make our stay as comfortable as possible and went above and beyond in every way. The accommodation, service and attention is comparable to a 5 star hotel (and above). The villa is beautiful, clean & peacefully located with easy access to the whole island. I would come back again and again and can't thank Matthew enough for making our 4th visit to the island so special. Highly, highly recommended.

That fact that we had to leave..... eventually.

Where do I start. Maybe by saying this has to be the most exceptional stay I've had in recent memory. 1. Location - Perfect location if you have a car. A bit remote, very nice and quiet. And the ocean across the cliffs. Beautiful. Only 15 mins drive to Oia and Fira; at the same time away from the noise and bustle. Relaxing and tranquil. 2. The villa - A real stunner. Outdoor relaxation spaces everywhere. Lounge chairs, settees. You name it, you got it. Very nicely decorated, very homely and comfortable. Contemporary with traditional Greek Isle infusions. Good bed - check. Nice linen and towels - check. Toiletries - check. Functional fridge and kitchenette - check. Good internet - check. Cleanliness - immaculate. Welcome amenities - check, check, check. Had a bottle of wine and countless snacks and condiments waiting for us. Couldn't finish them all in 4 days. And the views - ah, paradise. 3. Service - Villa is fully serviced with daily cleaning and tidying. And the hosts - We had daily recommendations on where to visit, what to eat, where to park etc. You can simply follow the recommended plan and you're set. 4. Extras - Our flight was at 11 pm on the check out date. It appears there was no subsequent booking so they pretty much let us stay the whole day. Did not skimp on the service either, additional cleaning and comforts were all provided for. What a nice touch and what a convenience to have the luxury of a cosy place after check out. I wish I could rate the suites higher than 10. Do yourself a favour and stay here to experience it.

There seems to be no hot water in the shower at night.

Perfect experience in Santorini, very beautiful house, the host is very friendly, the location of the hotel is very remote, but don't worry, you can ask the host to book a minibus for you, Entering the living room, have prepared snacks for you , If you think the view of the hotel balcony is not shocking enough , Be sure to go to the cliff opposite the hotel to see the super sea view .

Nothing to mention, all good!

Very nice and clean facility, properly maintained environment close to a main road but not at the road itself so you do not have the traffic noise on your terrace which by the way gives you a nice view to the sea. Talking about the owners, I don’t even know how to find the right words to explain how kind Matthew and Andrew are and how perfect they’re running their business and treating their guest’s in the most kind and best imaginable way. If you have a whatever question you’ll for sure get a quick reply including several options to choose out of. If you don’t want to stay in some downtown area but still want to be in a about 10-15 minutes distance to Fira & Oia and maybe 15-20 minutes to Kamari, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this House and hope once I’m coming back again it will be available.
