We had a two story room for 4 Guests. Using the bathroom in the night consistently woke the two sleeping on the couch beds.

The staff were excellent. Reception was very attentive and helpful at all hours of the day. House keeping kept us well stocked in toiletries and fresh towels. The breakfast and pool side staff were awesome. The pool was beautiful, though surprisingly very cold at all times. The facility overall was beautiful.

It was a little hard to find on the first day.

The views were amazing! I loved Firostefani. It was a little quieter than Fira which was wonderful and just a short walk to the more crowded Fira. The Belvedere was beautiful and the location perfect.

Very nice location over the pool and over the caldera! We had the opportunity to order whatever we preferred from a long list of goodies. They also prepared freddo espresso for us, which usually they do not do in hotels. Very friendly staff, excellent service.

Location was fabulous with an amazing view! Staff was amazing and accommodated our needs for a late ferry arrival! Excellent service and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Santorini!

The location was gorgeous and peaceful. The staff was friendly and warm both at reception, as well as the pool restaurant and bar. Our accommodation was comfortable and clean. We had help with our bags up and down the stairs and daily housekeeping was well done. We loved our stay

The bathroom was small and the floor got very wet from the shower. A few free waters in the room everyday would have been a nice touch

The view from the room was amazing, the walk to Fira was beautiful (only 15 mins). The hotel is very clean and fresh - the pool area is immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The breakfast was excellent. One of the best I've had, with so many options. Location was lovely and the view was exceptional. A lot of walking and climbing stairs but I think that is typical for Santorini in order to have the beautiful views. The pool was great and the bar staff were wonderful.

Could have been quieter, wish pool was warm enough for swimming. Guests seem to stay 1-2 nights, so lots of turnover activity. Families with children. Value for money.

You don’t need to give such large amounts of Goji berries and coconut. I only needed a bit for my yogurt shame to waste good ingredients.

Breakfast had plenty of options. Nice that there was a enclosed area to block wind. I like that it wasn’t a buffet sitting out all morning.

When I arrived I noticed they did not provide us with hand soap or face cloths. I immediately asked the front desk staff and they had an attitude as though I was bothering them. I consistanly had to ask for toilet paper from the cleaning staff in the hallway. You would think they would make a note of this since I asked multiple times! The front desk staff never asked how is everthing or please let us know if there is anything we can do for you when they encountered you! Amazing Hotel employees need addtional training!

The view was breathtaking of the Caldera from my private patio and the pool. It met my expectations! My location was peaceful and only a 10 minute walk to FIRA where I was able to enjoy all the amazing restaurants, bars and shops!

I can not think of anything that I did not like.

Breakfast was great . I was able to order anything from the menu. Breakfast was served at the pool bar and the view from the pool bar was absolutely stunning and a perfect way to start off the morning. The reception/welcome desk was extremely friendly and was always there for any questions or services that needed to be tended to.

Loved this hotel. We really enjoyed the evening drinks after dinner. Our bartender was always friendly and so helpful.
