A small challenge is to get a local bus is only a drawback.

Sofia and Denise were very energetic and also had smiling face everytime. Location is amazingly situated where sunset is enjoyed comfortably from our balcony.

This place is UNREAL for the price. Absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I have been to Santorini and stayed before and this is hands down the best hotel to stay at. I definitely recommend as it is the most romantic room, best location, incredible view, and great staff! Everything is very walkable from here. The pools are in the sun in the later morning/rest of the day, making the pool so enjoyable at the perfect temperature. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Cleaning lady were really sweet, but the broom all the dust from above and it ended up in our jacuzzi and the step up to the jacuzzi.

It was a birthday surprise. Contact with the receptionist went excellent and everything was as agreed from the beginnen of the booking. The location of the property was really good and by 15min walk you will be in the centre of Fyra. The view is amazing, waking up every morning with this view was exceptional!! We had the suite all the way in the back all the way down. The room was really big and comfortable.

EVERYTHING! This property has the most breathtaking spectacular views! We stayed in the honeymoon suite room 8 and it was exactly as described on the website and the photos. The room is stunning! The shower and bathroom is huge and there is so much space in the bedroom! The hot tub is the perfect temperature and beautiful for sitting in and watching the Caldera view. The sunset view is like nothing over ever see. Before! The location is just perfect! We much preferred Firostafani over Oia and Fira and both are only a short distance away walking or you can hire a car or quad bikes. Equally the taxis are only a one minute walk away. Denise and Sofia who are on reception are the loveliest ladies who could not be more helpful and obliging! They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure you have a lovely stay. They gave us many recommendations for our stay and were so helpful! There is housekeeping daily and you come back to freshly made beds and towels. The jacuzzi is cleaned every morning. Although this is a room only, in your bedroom is a menu where you can order breakfast from the day before and it will be delivered to your door. They also offer wine and other meals. The local restaurants the food is absolutely delicious and much more reasonably priced then other areas of Santorini. You are only a 15 minute drive for the port and the airport. This suite really has it all! We will not hesitate to return.

The hotel doesn't offer a breakfast because of the size its understandable, there is a great breakfast place literally next door. couldn't say we disliked anything, 10/10 would stay again

The staff was very helpful from the off, from finding the location to meeting us at our Taxi they was great all around. they was helpful any time we needed some information. Very personable and welcoming very good. The Hotel is lactated in a very good part of Santorini and just 10 minutes walk into the centre but its a very nice walk and you'll have lots of wow look at that moments along the way. The hotel offers the best sunset view I have ever had and it saves the crowds in a place like Oia, we got some drinks and went back to the hot tub and relaxed.

The rooms were possibly even better than the photographs. Room was exceptionally clean with a large bathroom. The staff were incredible they consistently helped with recommendations and booking of additional activities. Location was great just outside of Fira so you could easily walk but also was private unlike some other properties in Santorini. The spa was the perfect temperature.

Superb luxurious accommodation, better than the photos. We loved our stay here so much!! Most comfortable beds and pillows, sheets high quality. All bathroom products, coffee pods and water provided. The room was super roomy and beautiful, our plunge pool with sunbeds and umbrella were so relaxing, we enjoyed using this many times to escape the heat and take advantage of the best view on Santorini. We could not believe how beautiful the view from here was. Even though breakfast was not provided there are many options right at the door so this was not an issue at all. Slightly less busy area but still easy to walk into Fira. We had a car and found off street parking easily, Staff here are lovely and the room was serviced daily.

Nothing really. It’s a shame there are no on site breakfast facilities but there is a great cafe just seconds away.

The quiet location in Firostefani is nicer than the very busy Fira. There are plenty of good restaurants and it was easy to get seats with wonderful views (in early June). The Aura Suites are great and the staff wonderful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable (room 8 Honeymoon Suite). The private balcony has a hot tub, table and chairs, loungers and an umbrella. We were able to leave our bags in an office after check out on the day we left until we collected them. Great, all round.

Had to wait about 30mins to check in, we had advised the property what time we would arrive, we turned up just after another couple and had to wait until they were processed. Additionally our room wasn’t ready which was part of the wait.

Fantastic view of the caldera. Arrangement of Aura suites was such that it was very private even though it’s on one of the main walking paths. Beautiful room and bathroom, hot tub was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Everything and everywhere is over expensive in Santorini, relatively speaking this was worth the money.

Everything was great, unfortunately the electricity in our room went in the morning of our check out, but this was not due to the hotels fault. Unfortunately they weren't able to resolve it before check out
