Had to wait about 30mins to check in, we had advised the property what time we would arrive, we turned up just after another couple and had to wait until they were processed. Additionally our room wasn’t ready which was part of the wait.

Fantastic view of the caldera. Arrangement of Aura suites was such that it was very private even though it’s on one of the main walking paths. Beautiful room and bathroom, hot tub was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Everything and everywhere is over expensive in Santorini, relatively speaking this was worth the money.

Only thing we didn't like was they clean the jacuzzi early in the morning so potential to be woken up earlyish by this

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Happy to give information of local area. Exceptional views of Santorini. Brilliant location close to shops and restaurants. Great room, comfortable bed, own jacuzzi, huge bathroom. Lots of good amenities in the room.

THERE WERE NO SIGNS TO LET YOU KNOW THE DIRECTION OF THE HOTEL. GPS GOT US LOST. THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE COMPLEX TO LET YOU KNOW.

We love everything about Aura Suites. The location is in middle of Fira. About 10 mins walk to the town center. There are plenty of good restaurants with mins away. The view is amazing from our room. The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Zoe, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She did everything to ensure our stay to be comfortable and able to enjoy the island as well. The staffs are also amazing!!! Thanks to Michael and the cleaning staffs. We would definitely return and recommend all my families and friends to stay here.

Literally everything. The jacuzzi, the bed, the toilet, the facilities were amazing, clean & new. Location is pretty geographical and you won’t wna leave the hotel because it has the best seaview and sunset

The "hot tub" was not what we would consider a "Hot" tub as it did not get very hot. But it was luke warm and tolerable.

The view was breath taking. The staff was wonderful and met us at our transfer out on the street and escorted us to the room. The room itself was wonderful and clean. Very beautiful place.

The entrance to the rooms was common, which forced the guest to walk in front of the other rooms before reaching theirs (and ours was the first, which lacked a lot of privacy).

The host always replied to our questions quickly. It was also very friendly and helpful, ready to help us in every need. The room had all the commodities needed, like hair dryer, iron, coffee, tea, cutlery, and had a very luxurious look. The room and the outside area has a beautiful view over Thirasia and the Caldera. The outside pool had a very nice temperature to watch the sunset.

Beautiful location Zoe the host was amazing and friendly. The place was immaculate stunning view beautiful little tub, everything we needed and quite frankly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Couldn’t have asked for anything better 10 ⭐️
