Not a thing! It was perfect!

We felt so at home with Yannis. Our room was perfect and very very clean!!! We even had a balcony to have our morning coffee or happy hour each night. We had everything we needed and Yannis made sure if it every day! We walked a few blocks to eat, shop, tour or catch a bus or taxi. Great location! He gave us great advise on what to see and when to go. We felt like we were staying with a favorite relative.

We wished there was something to provide shade on the terrace. We would have loved to spend more time out there, but the sun was too hot even in September.

The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Yannis could not have been more helpful, not only at the villa, but with maps and tips for getting around the island and seeing the sights.

Stunning boutique hotel. Excellent room. Comfortable , big, coffee machine, water, toiletries, slippers . Very clean all the time. No breakfast .Very well situated-close to everything . Jannis the owner was an amazing gentleman , super friendly -nothing was too much for him.

Yannis was the best host. He was very informative and helpful. He was enthusiastic in telling us the best way to see Sandtorini. He made sure that we were safe and comfortable during our stay. I felt that he is genuine and care about people staying in his villa. The place were perfect for our family and we enjoyed the clean and roomy apartment especially the huge bathroom.

If this is your first time in Santorini, stay here!!!!! The owner, Yannis, who also is the person who checks you in will ensure you are taken care of. He is very knowledgeable of the area, a born and raised local to Santorini, and he will set you up with maps of the island, Thera area, and bus times. You will feel at home and taken care of. You are given water and daily room cleanings. We had a sunset cruise scheduled, we shared with him that online it said pickup time was at 3pm. He knew it sounded incorrect because all ships sail off at 3p, he advised us to call the company to double check our pick up time. We called the company and he was correct, our pick up time was 2pm instead of 3p. The room was clean and located within walking distance of everything you might need for your stay.

We chose this hotel for the reviews and price although the part about being “5 minute from Fira” had me dreading all sorts of dark, dirt roads to get there from a night out. In reality it’s in Fira town-slap bang in the middle of everything. Great location. The hotel and room was very on brand for Santorini. Very clean, with all mod cons (leave your kettle and hairdryer at home!) rooms were cleaned daily (if you’re out of there by 1pm) and they provide water and tea/coffee etc. Which was a handy touch. I was a little confused on arrival as there are 2 hotels down the same driveway.. it’s the first stairs on the right. Just up the hill there’s a mini mart which stays open late (I never actually saw it closed tbh), the bus “station” area bit is 5 minutes away with busses to all parts of the island. Yannis will give you a bus timetable but we often found more busses running than advertised. You’re minutes from the hustle and bustle yet the hotel is quiet-even on the balcony! Yannis and Maria are very nice. They’re thorough and have all the info you could possible need. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

The property was beautiful, clean and safe. More than that, Yannis who runs the property is one of the kindest men I have ever met. Nothing was too difficult and he made me feel welcome and safe and sat down with me to make a plan of what to see and how to do so. I cannot recommend Atrium Villa highly enough and thank you Yannis!! Also, for those in need, he also gives wonderful life advice and is very wise and has a great sense of humour

The A/C worked fine in the room, but since it’s not central AC, the bathroom got quite warm during the day

The suite was huge! Tons of space, great location, clean, quiet. We could watch the sunrise from our bed, and the sunset with a 10 min walk. Yannis, the mgr/owner was amazing. Every detail was covered l. He was so kind, attentive, and helped facilitate every taxi ride, gave great food/activity suggestions, and was available at all hours of the day/night
