Absolute great location. Property was very clean and modern and staff friendly. We had a hot tub on the terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed! My daughter loved having her separate loft area!

The access to the hotel was not ideal with a suitcase as it was along some cobbled back lanes, but this was only a slight issue on arrival. Bed was fairly hard.

A very nice small hotel, in a relatively quiet back street, but in the very heart of Fira Town. Bathroom was fabulous and room spacious.

The only thing was that the single bed that was placed in the apartment was really uncomfortable, but doesn't impact our stay.Also.it would be nice if there were dental kits in the apartment.

Accessible except need to carry luggage up to the hotel as the taxi couldn’t go up to lobby level. Maria was very responsive and is an asset to the hotel, she was friendly and shared many good recommendations around Santorini. Appreciate her hospitality!

The front door had big windows that let in the light from the courtyard making it very bright in the room at night. We finally covered the windows with cardboard and slept better.

A very nice apartment in a great location. Very convent to the bus station, restaurants, laundry and town. Had a nice kitchen unit and outside patio area for relaxing. Very clean and quiet.

I had difficulty finding the location due user error and was able to call and was met outside the location and was helped to my hotel room. Front desk also helped me make a call from their phone so I could reach a winery. They were very helpful in answering all my questions.

The room and whole hotel complex were amazing. Close to whole Fira neighborhood and very close to many food and shopping stores plus sunset and sightseeing spots. The staff were super nice and the room and bathroom were amazing.

Stairs up to 2nd bed were very tight. So a bit of a challenge

Great spot close to centre of Fira. Lovely hot tub on balcony though no shade to use in arvo. Umbrella or something to pop up would have been good

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely accommodation about a 5 minute walk from the bus station and Caldera steps and just round the corner from the main square. Dozens of shops and restaurants and small supermarkets right on your doorstep. The room was very large fresh and clean with a small balcony. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with a great shower and daily replenisment of toiletries. Lots of storage space and hanging space for clothes etc. Daily cleaning was immaculate. The room was very quiet despite being so close to the main square. The staff are lovely and friendly and even arranged a very reasonably priced taxi for us to the airport.
