Lovely location away from the busy part of Fira. Effie (the host) was really welcoming and friendly. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and kindly arranged a cab for us. The room was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to still be able to get an authentic Greek room. And the WiFi worked as well which is always a bonus!

Recommendation : do not take the centre road to get from bus station to the appartment. It's very difficult to carry luggage. Better to take the big road but still if you carry very heavy luggages, it goes up.

Lovely hotel, clean, very friendly staff who made us feel so welcome. We loved that upon arrival our host greeted us and gave us information to help us on our trip (map, bus info). We were very comfortable. We also loved how the property was just outside the main streets of Fira, so it was very quiet at night. Finally, in the morning we also enjoyed the donkeys passing through the streets!

No major issues but would have appreciated some washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. to help with using the little kitchenette (we only stayed for two nights so did not feel the need to ask for any of this). Shower curtains - generally not as good as rigid screens or cubicles. Some conditioner to go with the shampoo would have been good.

The more traditional building style (when compared to lots of newer accommodation on Santorini). The spacious room size and layout. The very helpful and friendly staff. The useful information provided on bus routes and timetables. The balcony and windows with shutters and insect mesh, allowing for good shading and ventilation.

The communication before our travel to Santorini went smoothly. We arrived pretty early and I asked if it was possible to drop our luggage at the accommodation so me and my family could have lunch in Fira. They went out of our way for us to have the rooms ready at arrival. That is what I call service. Even after we check in they were helpful and friendly! They made our stay at Santorini relaxed and wonderful, my upmost thanks to you guys!

Perfect location, just a few minutes away from Fira bus station and located in a quieter neighborhood. The room was spotless and decorated with love. Effie from the reception is so warm and friendly. My flight arrived very late and she greeted me with big smiles. She also took the time to show me the room, explained to me all the information needed about getting around the island. I visited the Pyrgos as she suggested and it was the highlight of my trip on Santorini! If I ever come back to Santorini, I'd definitely stay again! P.S. If you arrive late (after 9pm), please contact them in advance to arrange shuttle bus, so they don't have to stay up the whole night waiting and wondering when you will actually arrive.

Perfect location: walking distance (about 10 minutes with a standard luggage) from Fira bus station, easy access from the airport. Bakery, restaurants, take-aways all just a few minutes walk away. The check-in went easy, in no time, Efi is a lovely, friendly girl at the reception. She explained everything I wanted to know at the arrival, suggesting places to visit. The room exceeded my expectations / compared to the photos. It was an excellent value for the money. That was the perfect base to explore this beautiful little island. Should I be so lucky going back to Santorini, I would book this guest house again.
