There is nothing to not like !

This luxury suite of Santorini is just amazing. The suite overlooking the ocean and the view is breathtaking. At night with the lights is just out of this world. I would call this “Heaven” .

Paying heafty transport cost to/from airport thinking it was covered by expensive costs of staying here (they offered pick up from airport without telling me this costs).

The water in the shower was not too warm and the pressure was weak. Also the bathroom could have had better lighting. A common, shared pool would have been great, however they have rooms with private pools.

Lovely place in a beautiful location! Colleagues (Christina from reception helping with everything right away, the bellboy taking our luggages up and down on the stairs, the F&B guys serving Breakfast, Nikos driving us around) were amazing and helpful! They also arranged a little surprise for a birthday we celebrated and upgraded our family members on that occasion as well! It was really great and they showed genuine care!

It was absolutely perfect!!

From the moment, I booked, the hotel reached out to me introducing themselves to me. Chrysa seemed genuinely excited for our stay. Our room was upgraded and the view is something I will never forget. My sister in law was due to travel the following morning and would be missing the room service Ocean view breakfast. To make sure she didn't miss out on it, the wonderful staff brought us breakfast so she would not miss out on it. It left us speechless. Chrysa recommended Thalami restaurant for our dinner and it was exactly what we wanted. I can guarantee that I will definitely be back!!!

I booked the room from BOOKing. We have been here before, but we were not as happy as this time. Christina received us warmly and took us to our room, along with the handsome front desk and beautiful lady. The bellman carried 4 luggages for us and told us how to take photos. This trip was a pleasure, starting from the very beginning at your hotel, everything was so perfect. Thank you again. I will come again!

I really liked the hotel and the service. view from the hotel room of the sea and rocks, a very clean and snow-white area, a heated swimming pool and a nice little interior in the room. very friendly and helpful staff, they offered their help due to the late check-out. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. However, one aspect that could be improved is the temperature of the coffee. We would have preferred it to be served hot rather than slightly cold. Additionally, we encountered some difficulties with the shower head in our room. It was a bit tricky to place properly, as it kept falling from the handle during use. This made the showering experience slightly less convenient than expected. Despite these minor issues, the rest of our stay was pleasant, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

The view overlooking the Caldera and the Aegean Sea was truly breathtaking, unobstructed by any surrounding buildings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Melvina at the hotel reception, who provided us with valuable recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine & fruit platter provided by the hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the unexpected upgrade to a room with a hot tub was a delightful bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable.

When I stayed there, it was winter season and many shops and hotels were closed. But Aqua’s staff and services offered me comfortable to staying. They were very generous and the room service of dinner was very tasty. The concierge supported me anytime I needed. I really enjoyed lovely staying.
