The staff were so friendly & helpful. We liked that there was a little pool and a smart tv to take a break from the crowds. We also liked that they had an airport shuttle.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing!! From the service and pickup from airport and drop off to the hosts answering all our questions, providing maps and towels they were extremely helpful. Additionally, the location is very central and easy to get to and the rooms themselves are very comfortable, clean and modern. Loved it!!

I know that may not really relate to the hotel (it may relate to water supply in the island), but the water is salty that I do not like.

Staff are very friendly. The room is clean. We asked the hotel to arrange the transfer from the airport and to the port, everything is on time.

Very clean and convenient for centre of Fira and bus station but off a side street so not at all noisy. Collection from airport worked well and good value. Small table and chairs just outside of room providing shade for sitting having a cup of tea and breakfast pastry from local bakers. All in all a well run family concern.

Only the wash basin being in the bedroom rather than the bathroom - but that was a minor issue

Really lovely friendly and helpful owner who wants his guests to have the best time on the island. We arrived 4 hours before the official check in time but as he knew this (we had arranged transport from the airport through the hotel) our room was ready and waiting for us. The room itself was small but with beautiful decor and also had a small balcony. No caldera views, as expected at this price point but it was only a few minutes walk to see the views. They don't do breakfast but you are welcome to grab something from the bakery and eat in the pleasant reception area - where there is also complimentsry coffee available.

My stay was amazing! From moment of booking, Nektarios and Popi were super kind and helpful explaining about my arrival, about tours in Santorini and kindly answering all my questions. The hotel room is refurbished so it looks brand new, it’s beautiful, clean and cozy, with a little balcony. There is a full day tour around the island organized by the hotel, and it is amazing. Also Popi helped me to book a boat tour with a tour operator. Hotel is a 5 min walk from Fira bus station, and short distance to shops, restaurants, mini markets, cable car and some amazing views.

Clean spacious room. Exceeded our expectation. Free coffee & tea all day long at hotel reception area. Hotel location is near Fira bus station. Can easily take bus from Santorini airport to this Fira train station & then walk to the hotel & apartments. Also convenient to take bus from Fira to the ferry port. We took the 9a.m. bus from Fira to the port & took the 10.10a.m. ferry to Mykonos easily.

There was a small sink inside the room and just few meters beside the bed which could have been modified. If you try to wash your hands, water drops comes out to the floor. Rest are all fine for few days stay.

Hotel staffs are very warm and friendly who gave all information about the tour. They provide a Santorini guided tour starting everyday from 11:00. This tour covers almost everything about Santorini. The room and bed were very comfortable.

Although the day tour the hotel offers is a good way to see different parts of the island I would not recommend this tour off season. As part of the tour we were dropped off at the black beach for 2.5 hours which seemed extremely long to us when it is not swimming/beach season and most of the businesses along the beach were closed.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Coffee available any time. The room is big enough for 2 people, very nicely decorated. A kettle, coffee and tea included in the room. Heating worked well. Also English Netflix available on the TV to have some downtime in the evenings. A nice balcony to sit outside or dry some laundry. The hotel does not have a view of the caldera but the price reflects this and it is a very short walk for you to enjoy the magnificent views. I highly recommend this hotel.

Water from tap and shower were bit salty, not sure if it is the same as other places. But other than that, everything else made the experience pleasurable.

Very nice hotel close to the main square and bus transfer station. Comfy beds and just nice of a space for packing. Hotel staffs were extremely friendly. Rooms come with drying rack outside and a set of table and chairs to hang out and enjoy the sunshine and autumn breeze of the island. We were very happy with the place!

Hotel room was clean and as per pics shown while booking. Location is very near to bus stop, grocery store, restaurants and Fira attractions. Management was so polite and helpful. They offer complementary coffee anytime. Perfect for a family stay. Stayed there for 3 nights.

There is no elevator, and it's difficult to carry luggage. I need to ask the hotel staff for assistance.

Here, it's very close to the bus stop, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it very convenient for daily life. The room has a cute little balcony! The bathroom facilities are also very well-equipped!
