- The jacuzzi’s water temperature was still too cold when we checked in (18h) and during the entire sunset that followed, which was a let-down; - The jacuzzi’s water temperature was nice and enjoyable for the rest of our stay, but we would have appreciated being allowed to freely set a temperature of our liking ourselves, at all times, instead of having to ask (given the potential extra costs involved, I would not mind paying an extra fee for that).

* Regarding the hotel in general: - Perfect location within Imerovigli (which is definitely the place to stay if you are coming for peace of mind, romance and stunning views); - Postcard-perfect caldera view; - The owner is very kind, available and respectful of guests’ privacy. She made a room fully available for us, for free, from check-out time until our flight departure time, which we were very grateful for (the weather was bad). * Regarding the Suite with Outdoor Jetted Tub and Caldera View we stayed in: - The balcony/patio area is incredible and absolutely worth it. One jacuzzi, two tables, four chairs, two sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, and you still have plenty of space to move around and privacy. Whenever the weather is gloriously sunny (which it was not during most of our stay in May but tends to be from June to September), this spot is heavenly. - The apartment itself was good enough. Nothing fancy, but you are provided with everything you need that I can think of, everything is in perfect shape, and you can enjoy the trademark caldera view even from your bed.

Can't fault anything.

Following a visit back in 2022 I decided to return with my mum so she could experience Santorini. I'd like to thank Makis for being a star and waiting for us as our flight turned back and set off again due to a passenger falling ill. Georgia was very responsive to the delays and instantly replied to my messages and arranging a later check in (out of hours). She was accommodating and helpful. Makis kindly waited for us and handed our keys and showed us to our room. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in room 6 and it was a lovely upgrade which we appreciated. The room perfectly nestled in the town of Imerovigli with stunning balcony views. The views don't disappoint, Skaros rock, Fira, Oia and the Caldera all in one view. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a long day of exploring the Island. I can't speak highly of how the place is run and is value for money as other places with the same view charge extremely high prices. We got to use the hot tub that came with the room which was an added special touch. I can't fault the stay. The room and bathroom were cleaned when required and the other guests were lovely. Local bus station is 5 minutes walk away, Fira bus station is the main hub to catch buses is 30 mins away. There are bus connections to lots of places and frequent. The Island has a lot to offer if your looking for walks, sights and just relaxation it has it all.

I was fighting with their Nescafe coffee machine - didn't want to work for me most of the time, but they had instant coffee also in the basket, so I survived. There is room for luggage -but if you have a lot and want it out of the way, you may have to juggle it around end/over edge of the bed

Georgia was incredibly kind. She helped arrange taxi to meet me at the ferry port. She ensured someone could help take my suitcase up/down the 70 steps from the square to the location of my room. Nice to have a small built in drying rack with a few clips outside if you need to dry anything. Great location, great views. Close to a couple small grocery stores and several places to eat if you don't want to go all the way to Fira, Oia, etc. The bed was SO comfortable and enjoyed the bathroom products provided. It was nice to have a small seating area outside of the bathroom for using hair dryer / getting ready, since the bathroom isn't large. Internet worked well. Appreciated that due to my flight time in afternoon, I was able to stay a bit longer and not have to leave my bags for 1-2 hours with them before I went to airport (I don't think any new arrivals that day.) I enjoyed that Georgia provided some restaurant recommendations, as well as menus for a couple of places that deliver food within Imerovigli if you don't feel like going out. Location was convenient to to walking path that leads to Fira / Oia. Air conditioner worked well for the limited time I needed to run it. With each room's patios next to one another, got to meet a few other people staying there and had some interesting conversations, shared some wine, etc.

The bathroom and the shower are really small.

Annio Flats is in an excellent location with many great restaurants and cafes around. The room is really clean, and it also has a beautiful sunset & view of Santorini from the balcony! Receptionist Mikey was friendly and informative. He gave us recommendations of local restaurants and things to do.

Nothing! We would have paid more for breakfast to be served to us, but ordering in was very easy.

This was such a stunning location and a gorgeous room with our own mini pool. The staff were great and helped us get to the hotel on arrival to the airport. Honestly was faultless! The rooms are quite basic if you're used to lush hotels be aware 😊 we've been to Greece many times so it was as absolutely in line with expectations for an island hotel, and decorated so beautifully in a traditional manner!

It exceeded expectations

Georgia was a fantastic host - met us from the taxi and catered for our every need and went beyond. We had been let down by another property and had to book two extra nights after this booking at short notice and she ensured we remained in the same room and on check out let us stay beyond check out time to match our next destination.

Nothing to dislike - it exceeded expectations.

Georgia, the hostess, was friendly and welcoming and catered for our every need. She met us from the taxi and helped us to ur room and explained everything. The view is exceptional/amazing - viewing the sunset every night away from the crowds from the comfort of our terrace. Terrace overlooking Skaros and Caldera was breathtaking. Many great restaurants nearby but also within easy walking distance of Thira.

There were a few things that stood out with this property. First is the host, Georgia. She was an absolute delight to work with - always asking if we needed anything, great communication and just so very kind. Second is the view! Wow! The setting is gorgeous! No need to go to Oia to watch the sunset. You can enjoy that right from the outdoor space at your room. Third is the room layout. It has a nice living area and small kitchen along with an ample bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect.

The location is perfection and the room was clean, with a great bathroom (especially the shower) with a lovely deck area looking straight out to Skaro Rock and the water. The owner was extremely friendly and hospitable and went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic time. Would definitely stay here again.

Annio’s location is unbeatable. The sunset views are breathtaking, a hike to Fira and Oia are pleasant and there are plenty of restaurant around. The rooms are small but well equipped. We’ve changed to a budget cave studio from the first floor 1 bdr because of the traffic on the street in front of that room. We couldn’t feel any privacy neither on the balcony or inside the 1 bdr since it’s a popular spot for visitors to do sunset shootings and there is a restaurant entrance right next to the room. We actually enjoyed the cozy cave and the terrace adjacent to it more. The hosts were very accommodating throughout our stay, swiftly organizing a room switch and refund and helped out immensely with taxis.

This is certainly the location to be in Santorini. I’d say there are better views here than almost anywhere else, and for a better price than others. The owners/staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing plenty of advice.

Stunning location, great price, and with perfect caldera sunset view. The owner, Georgia, was super friendly, upgraded us to a suite with a hot tub, and helped organize airport pickup and drop off. She and her family has owned the property for 3 generations so it had a nice local vibe.

Shower has some issues but staff comes in 10mins to help us fix it at night.

Views are amazing. What I most appreciate is Grace really helpful, who prepared us towel when she knew we were going to volcano and swimming; gave us a lot useful info on trip to Oia and booked us the pick up service to airport.
