I loved everything, the room, the location, the breakfast, the staff, the staff and the wonderful helpful staff. The place was so beautiful that made us feel like we belong there.

We are so incredibly happy with our choice. We had an incredible view, and being served breakfast outside each morning as the sun rose was amazing. The heated pool was an incredible plus, especially as the sun was setting or after dinner when the night was peaceful. The staff at Altana are also extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. We have recommended to friends & family, and would stay here again if we come back to Santorini.

Nothing. Everything was 10/10!

We loved everything about Altana. The room view was gorgeous. The personal hot tub overlooking the view was like out of a movie it was unreal to be able to hangout there every night. The hotel is also close to tons of restaurants and scenic views. The hosts are next level kind and the service is unbeatable. During our stay my husband unfortunately got sick and needed to be taken by ambulance to a hospital. The hotel called them, stayed with us until the ambulance came and then the hotel owner Christos literally met us at the hospital he was there before we arrived and stayed with us hours until he made sure everything was stable and that we had all we needed. I mean the level of care, kindness, service - it was all well above any expectations I would have had. We loved our stay and appreciated every person on staff here!

Really can't think of anything that we didn't like about the stay. There are of course minor inconveniences from being on the island (such as nonpotable water) but there were complimentary water bottles and paid services available to have water in your room.

Breakfast, service, location, views were all phenomenal! Easy to communicate with the hotel staff, and they were very helpful throughout the stay. The recommendations the staff gave were vital to our stay and enjoyment of Santorini!

There really isn't anything that I can think of. Absolute perfect!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The views were absolutely stunning and in my opinion this is a much better place to stay in compared with Fira. It's slightly more quiet and peaceful and great for a romantic stay. Reception and staff were super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was also fantastic!

Small Closet space, no iron in the room (did not asked for though).

Location, architecture, space for two, terrace, service, this was probably one of the best we ever had. Breakfast served fresh, daily, in the room. Towels and beach towel really good quality. Loved the Nespresso machine with endless capsules. Concierge service top notch, any question answered, support 360, transport arranged impeccably at fair prices (santorini).

Only slight negative would be no TV when relaxing to get out of the intense heat during summer.

Stunning view in a great location, quiet at night and no crowds during the day. Perfectly romantic. Staff were also very attentive and helpful when called.

My wife & I learned that visiting Santorini requires a lot of walking & there are stairs everywhere. Nevertheless everything is well worth the walk but for people with mobility issues this could be a problem.

This place was beautiful & had great views. Our room was very big & had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. They also served us breakfast in our room our on our patio every morning. Truly a wonderful place.

Being very picky the only negatives were - on our terrace we didn’t have beds, would have liked to lay down overlooking the sea views but our terrace was quite small so depends which room / terrace you choose

Like no where we have ever travelled to. The views were stunning. Waking up every morning to those views and breakfast served on your own cliff side terrace with a dip pool what more could you ask for. Food was fresh, fresh bread fruits, fruit juice etc. do not go to Santorini if you don’t like steps, every where you go it’s up / down steps and cobbled paths. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Amazing view and location. Breakfast delivered to our private patio overlooking the caldera each morning was wonderful. The super friendly management goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right for your stay right down to making dinner recommendations and reservations. Outstanding experience overall.
