Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaPerfect stay at Almira Suites in Paros. 5 min drive from Naoussa. Marisa is an exceptional host, making sure everything is ok with our stay. Our suite was just perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was amazing with homemade baking. Definitely would recommend and come back!

FranceEverything was ABSOLUTELY perfect during our stay at Almira suites: from the homemade breakfast every single morning to the best tips of the island shared by Marissa! The location is also ideal next to the beautiful village of Naousa and some beaches. Very good price for the service. Almira Suites is definitively Paros’ hot spot. Thank you again to Marissa and her family for the warm welcome. Caro and Mathias :)

United States of AmericaWe are not sure if it is because the season was winding down but the room needed more attention to cleanliness. The furniture seemed a bit tired but again, it might be because of our timing.
Mariza is a lovely host and assisted us during our stay. The breakfast was lovely with homemade bread and jams along with other items. We had a wonderful view of the sea and the location of the guesthouse is close to places we ventured.

United KingdomWell situated rooms near Naoussa, and right beside a bus stop that can bring you there, to Parikia, and other areas on the east of the island. We had a lovely stay as a group of four, and took the varied, well stocked breakfast every morning. Each morning Marisa would ask us what we had planned for the day and was full of tips and advice, along with her extremely annotated map which she gave us at the beginning of our stay. It was a joy to stay at Almira Suites and the visit was made special by Marisa. Thank you!

GermanyThe only negative aspect of the property was the way to Naousa and back in the evening.
The design and architecture of the property was wonderful! We really liked our room and the quiet location a bit outside of Naousa.

United KingdomNothing i can think of!
Marisa was incredibly helpful. On arrival, she highlighted all places of interest to visit, beaches and restaurants to try. Which beaches to choose when windy. Recommended not the usual touristy places. Helped us with a non hassle car rental. Was attentive throughout the stay. Nice breakfast each morning. We liked that it was just outside busy Naousa. Such a short walk. Lovely memorable stay.

AustraliaDrainage in the shower needs maintenance being the high season it probably needed extra cleaning / unclogging.
Really lovely staff/ hosts. Tasty breakfast options including home baked goods with kitchenette stocked up with water and coffee/ frappe making. Alfresco dining area is cute and the stay is across the road from the ocean (you can take a dip if you have your reef shoes on and watch out for sea urchins). The suite has outdoor seating and deck chairs too if you want chill/ tan.

AustraliaMy partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Almira Suites. Marisa and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Marisa provided us with fantastic recommendations and is a lovely person. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk (or two minutes on a quad bike - which Marisa organised for us) from Naousa. We went into town most nights of our stay and were quite thankful we were not staying right in Naousa. Naousa is a great town with lots of places to eat and drink. At the time we were there (early August) it was very busy at night (which we loved) but the peace and quiet of Almira Suites as a base was excellent and easy. We will 100 % be returning and will recommend it to any of our friends travelling to Paros.

CanadaNothing! We rented ATVs to get around the island which was such a fun method of transportation to see everything.
Marissa was so friendly and provided us with a map of Paros with recommendations of where to go, what to see, places to eat. She was so helpful & so nice! They provided breakfast for us each morning. The view was stunning - right in front of the sea.

ArgentinaAlthough there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, it might be a bit tired to be looking at the exact time of the bus and considering it’s high season some times they didn’t have enough space so we just end up walking. The distance is not far but the road is not great for walking till Naoussa and it can get super hot in summer. If you have a car, drive motorbike you will be in the perfect place! Near everything but away from The crow and noise.
Marissa is super helpful and really and detailed orientated. She was very helpful giving us great information and amazing food/restaurants recommendations. Breakfast was yum! Everything was locally sourced and home made. :)

IrelandMaybe a larger sign to show reception location on arrival :) but this is a minor issue.
Beautiful location with a stunning sea view, just outside the village of Noussa. Marisa is a wonderful host who mapped out some fantastic locations for us to visit that we would never have found without her local knowledge. Breakfast was homemade by the Marisa's mother with nice traditional Greek cakes and breads. Room is clean and cool with cooking utensils. There is also parking on site (definitely rent a buggy)

CanadaA little more outside of the main town than we had thought… but this added a sense of needed disconnect/serenity from the busier town and nightlife!
Parking available on property. Beautiful rooms all on the ground floor which allows you to step out and hear the waves from the beautiful sea right across from you!

United KingdomGreece has jumped in price since we were last here, but Almira was great value and a lovely spot to relax in. Pre dinner snacks and drinks by the room was our favorite. We could always find things in our budget, and then have the treats as we wished.
We had a lovely stay at Almira. Marissa was the perfect host, kind and approachable and really wanted us to be happy with everything, and gave us some great recommendations. The rooms all have a sitting out area, and ours was clean and stylish with lovely touches. Breakfast was a treat with home cooked and local items. A real home from home. Locally we found some ideal beaches and coves, and Noussa was a delight. Food, beers and lovely local cocktails around an old harbour at sunset with a busy yet respectful vibe. Very sad to leave.
