The owners were very helpful and kind. Location was perfect for us. It’s located right on the beach with a few tavernas and beach bars near by. Breakfast was great too. Very nice big pool with sun beds umbrellas and a pool bar for snacks and drinks. Short walk to the city bus stop.

There was no food service available aside from the breakfast, but the staff happily ordered delivery for us. You can feel the age of the place, but it is still nice.

A lovely nice hotel at the beach. When we visited it was not very busy and we almost had the pool to ourselves. You can walk directly to the beach. Breakfast was nice and diverse.

Wish bed was a little bigger than a double, that's all

Pool, beach, staff, location, breakfast, kettle fridge ing suite, great restaurants nearby, everything was great, we used as our base and took a local bus downtown and took a hop on hop off tour. It's very close to port 15 min. where we took a ferry to Santorini for a few days.

The place was great. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our balcony. Wonderful! Pool was lively with a pool bar that pizza and stuff. The propert6was right on the beach. What more could you ask for Breakfast was really nice. Great selections, and we could eat outside by the pool with view of the sea. Beautiful way to start the day Heraklion was a short taxi/car ride away. Lots to see, deffinently need more time there. Can't wait for our next trip, will stay here when we come back

We booked this hotel for an afternoon only, as we had a late night flight to catch and we wanted to be able to spend some time at the beach. The price was right, the pool a pleasant surprise, and the beach literally a short walk away. The concierge recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby. We would definitely come back and spend a few days just chilling.

Localization is not that bad, it's about 10 minutes ride by car to the center and if you have a car while travelling, it is an atrractive and affordable option :)

The Staff was amazing, charming and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious - perfect for a few nights. The view to the sea as well as the breakfast match our expectations and allows to try some local fresh food.

I wish they had more food options at the bar.

Loved this hotel. Great location with a beautiful beach right there. The pool was nice with lots of lounge chairs and a bar open all day. The people who work there were so friendly.

Room doors are not well isolated and one can hear everything happening in the corridor. The double bed was a bit small.

Swimming pool, sand and sea all at hand. It is a locals attraction not over commercial, excellent for us. It was close enough to visit, tour sites in Heraklion, by car or bus. Lovely staff and good breakfast choice, along with a good pool bar. Everything you need after a City tour.

Excellent pool overviewing the sea, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms with big balconies, delicious coffee in the bar, family atmosphere. Has a direct access to the Ammoudara beach, however if you expect the hotel’s own beach equipped with parasols, sun beds, showers and WC, this season it wasn’t like that, just sand and water, but you could take a portable parasol and a sun bed to the beach for free, and use an infrastructure provided near the pool which is 3 mins walk from the sea. Very close to the public transport stop which takes to to the Heraklion city center (~15 min), airport (~25 min) and Knossos (~40 min).
