The room entrance into the bathroom was a little short. I hit my head a few times. Not a huge deal, but for anyone taller than me at 6 ft, could be a problem.

The breakfast being delivered was an awesome addition. We loved the view, idk if you can find much better in Oia. The jacuzzi was nice as well. We were the perfect distance away from the busy streets.

The quality of the breakfast could definitely be improved. We would have appreciated some complementary drink water, since the tap water is not very good. There is water purchasable in the minibar, but considering the price of the accommodation we feel it should be included.

Perfect location right at the tip of Oia. We were able to watch the sunrise from our room. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful with getting our luggage to and from the accommodation. We also had a few kitten guests, which were very lovable.

The property was great but if you have mobility issues the stairs may be a problem. Could use better lighting but it is suppose to be a cave like room.

The view was amazing. Location was great. We were met at the port and assisted with luggage once we arrived in town which was very much appreciated based on the numbers of steps. Breakfast was plentiful and delivered on time. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Bottle of wine provided on first day. Hotel manager easy to contact and provided transportation.

The view is amazing. It doesn't quite face sunset or sunrise but you have an amazing view of the caldera, and easy access to Oia's main pedestrian street. If you have heavy bags, definitely arrange with the hotel in advance to pick you up from the airport/ferry. They'll both pick you up in a car/bus, and also carry your bags to your room. The hotel itself has quite a few stairs, but lugging bags through the uneven crowded streets of Oia is also difficult (the closest car dropoff is a 5 min walk).

It is right next to the Castle of Oia, which means it has a stunning view. If you want to find a place you can be just relaxing with peace and quiet and you don’t need a swimming pool, I think this hotel is surely one of the best in Oia. The super-friendly staffs tried their best to help us with everything including early check-in, luggage storage, and grabbing a taxi.

Beautiful and very clean cave apartment with big balcony and phenomenal view in a great, central (but quiet) location of Oia! Beds were very comfortable with ample storage in big bedroom closet. Mike and Antonio were very responsive and helpful and even provided welcome bottle of wine. The breakfast offerings were extensive and even included delicious omelette options. The breakfast ordering was flexible and delivered on time to your balcony. Daily room service with clean towels and shampoos etc were provided. The AC worked great. The sunrises were gorgeous from our private balcony, and you could see sunsets from the upper, complex-entry balcony if you didn’t want to deal with crowds at the castle. Luggage storage before or after stay was convenient too. There are a lot of steep stairs but they are manageable and we considered them as “built in exercise”.

the stairs were a bit stiff but there’s a rope you can hold on to, you just need to be a bit more careful when going up and down.

the facilities are very nice and they have a very clean room, they are also very generous in giving fresh new towels, coffees, and toiletries. this hotel also has the perfect view of the houses and the bay plus the sunset overlooking is near the hotel. also, the staffs were very nice and accomodating. we had 6 luggages and they carried it up and down without a charge, they are very helpful. this is a highly recommended hotel for when you visit Oia!

Our room was simply stunning, both inside and out. The location was perfect, right next to the old castle and in the prettiest and most picturesque part of the old town. Our room was large, clean and beautiful. I loved the cave-home architecture, it was so cozy and just lovely. The furniture was comfortable and the decor made it really feel like a home. The view from our large private balcony was just perfect, I could sit there all day and just take in the scenery. On the balcony there was a pair of lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs with an umbrella(perfect for breakfast!). The breakfast each morning was terrific, we could select whatever we wanted and there was lots of options and more than enough food. The staff was great, and we felt well taken care of. They were super helpful and even carried our bags to and from our ground transportation(since Oia is car-free and the closest place you can drive to is the Post Office).

I actually loved everything, except for stairs with view of the ocean, because I have a bit of phobia of height when going downstairs. But My family had no problem and enjoyed everything.

I loved the modern cave like experience. It had the best view you could get and right at the best sunset point so we just walked up to the top of the property and watched the sunset from within where the crowd couldn’t block our view. The staff were really friendly and the property manager was welcoming, personally greeted us and provided us with great options as we asked! Breakfast was great and the suite was spacious with a modern but cave like bedroom! Really cool…

There are a lot of steps, so if you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get to and from your room. Though Oia in general has a lot of steps, so this likely applies to most hotels in this neighborhood.
