While they have a great transport service available for a charge at the hotel, the distance to key areas is a bit far but this is hardly a problem.

Our host, Tijana, was fabulous. Best way to start off your vacation in Santorini with her and her team, and their incomparable hospitality.

Beautiful room, great decor. A large comfortable bed, with small kitchen, a nice breakfast was included. Hubby and I got the ferry and then a bus from the port, then walked everywhere. Great place to stay!

you need a car to go to Oia but the hotel provides a taxi service to take you wherever you want for some money.

The only thing that was a bit if a problem was that the place is outside of the main area of Fira and my mom had a hard time walking up the hills to the town. So she sometimes wanted to call a taxi just for a short ways because it was uphill. At night there weren't lights so I just used my phone's flashlight to get us back o the hotel. There aren't sidewalks so just be careful for the cars, especially at night. The benefit of being a little ways outside of the main center of Fira was that it was very peaceful and quiet- the only sounds were the donkeys nearby in a field. Very relaxing oasis.

The staff, Irene and Tijana, were so kind and accommodating to every need or request we had! They welcomed us with true Greek hospitality. They arranged a taxi for us from the ferry, and we ended up having him as our taxi driver throughout the trip. The breakfast was super and we loved the hot tub, especially after long days of walking and hiking. The last day we checked out, they let us stay and relax at the pool, use the showers and stay for as long as we liked. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish the pool had had a hot tub, but thats my fault for not booking the room with the jacuzzi included, still was super happy with our stay.

The breakfast was super customizable and the staff were very accommodating of whatever needs we had. Tijiana got our room ready early for check in, then served as our personal concierge for the entire stay, giving us directions, buying tickets, booking transportation, it was above and beyond service. Location isnt right in Fira but is central if you want to visit all parts of the island as we did.

In spring time the weather temperature is quite low, so the jacuzzi took forever to heat. Nothing to do with the building, just a note for people who are interested in using the jacuzzi. It can take more than 2 hours to heat.

Adored the facilities, very luxurious and clean. The staff was very polite and eager to make reservations at restaurants or anything else we wanted. The room and the bed were big and comfortable. The breakfast is served, depending on what you have asked the previous day.

The breakfast was actually a full breakfast, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the property was sirene and immaculate, the room had a seating area and was well finished and decorated, did I mention our room was cleaned daily. I loved everything about my stay here

Weather too cold to swim in their beautiful swim pool.

Excellent reception. Very friendly hosts. Irina & her friend Lina treated me to a sumptuous bfast & more take away food upon departure. Earlier Irina ordered dinner a delicious Grilled Squid with rice. The best hosts I ever met. Highly recommended.

Need to walk a bit to the city centre. If you hire a car, that's not a problem.

WiFi connection is stable but slow - worth noting if you will be working remotely.

Hosts are very kind, and they take care of the guests truly well. Breakfast is made to order. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable.
