Superb location and lodging in the primary balcony room. Great views, great breakfast on the balcony, big bathroom, comfy bed, very helpful owner/manager. Only a dozen or so steps down from the main pedestrian walkway makes it perfect for people with bad knees! Some hotels are dozens and most steps are uneven.

This was the best experience we had during our Aug trip to the Santorini. Location was amazing with beautiful view. Manger Takis arranged everything for us with local tour on the island and cruise trip. This place was 1000 sqft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private hot tub. They served best breakfast in the morning 9am. They adjust breakfast according to Veg. I really like service and everything about this place. I share this location with friends and they will plan to visit this location. Best location and service. 5 stars plus ratting.

Great location and the host Takis was excellent and ensured we were looked after. The hotel is close to the main road with only about 20 steps to navigate. Breakfast was great which meant we didn’t need a big lunch.

Location is just off the famous blue dome so we saw a constant crowd/people milling about, even sitting on the front door of the property.

Sometimes people lining up for this awesome view would block access. Minor inconvenience worth it to have a private balcony overlooking Caldera and the domes.

Best view of it all with privacy! You can sit on your balcony and see the professional photo shoots in addition to everyone lining up while having a delicious and ample breakfast!

We loved everything about the property. It is a classic historical home and the room felt charming. The location has a caldera view that is stunning. Though there is no sunrise or sunset available from the balcony during July, it is only a few step away to see view. The breakfast provided each morning was phenomenal!!! Fresh fruits, coffee, juice, yogurt, bread, eggs, meat, cheese, and a variety jellies were meticulously arranged on our private balcony on schedule each morning. The property also felt very safe and secure. And most importantly, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We did not want to leave.

No microwave. No shelf in shower for toiletries. Not enough milk for preferred coffee type - eg. Latte, flat white - just tiny capsules.

Fantastic location for view and centrality to shops and restaurants. Amazing breakfast served on our terrace with an abundant variety of food. Friendly owner and staff. Would highly recommend to fellow travellers. Dwelling type afforded quiet peaceful sleeping. .

When we arrived, we found everything to be just as it was described online and just as the pictures showed. It was spacious and had everything our family needed. The location was wonderful, very central, so if you like being in the center of one of the most popular views on the island, that’s what you get. A lot of foot traffic but we love that kind of energy so it was perfect for us. The breakfast was wonderful, it was set up every morning on our beautiful balcony where we had sea views. The food was delicious and plentiful. Such a wonderful way to start our day each morning and the service was personal, friendly and added that special touch. The highlight of this hotel is the manager Takis. He is very much available to make sure your stay and your trip goes well. He helped us make plans to make the most of our stay and arrangements as well for some of our activities. He is very accessible if you need anything. It is a boutique hotel and the personalized service stood out for us and we appreciated that personal touch. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect fit for our family.
