The WiFi signal was a bit weak in my room, but it is a minor problem in comparison to all the good things the hostel is offering.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a female solo traveller I felt safe due to good security measures and the opportunity to book a female only room. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfy, so I had a good night rest. Even though the hostel was busy and filled with people, it was quiet during the night. The location was fantastic as it was near the Royal Albert Dock and the shopping centre.

Not necessarily didn’t like but it is something to point out. This hostel -unlike most- accepts children In my case there was some kind of school excursion with about 80 kids that were quite noisy after 00:00, and some guests complained about it. Nevertheless, it is a hostel and you have to learn to deal with the cons that come with the big pro that is the price

Light on each bed : some guests let it open until after midnight, disturbing other people who tried to sleep. They can use the lounge !

Good localisation, walking distance of center and shop. Nice staff. Good kitchen with microwave and stove. A lot of place to seat on commun area.

The walls and floors are really thin - I could hear footsteps (either from upstairs or the staircase beside the room). It’s hard to block out all the noise even with earphones on. But for the price, i guess some noise is unavoidable. Just be prepared to be woken up at 6am by people walking around!

The only complaint we could make would be that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hostel was clean and comfortable. It was decorated well and laid out great and it was lovely to stay there. The meals were really tasty and great value for money.

My room was quite empty (aside from a bed, wardrobe and small cabinet). The windows were single glazed, so allowed in quite a bit of road noise - especially when emergency vehicles went past throughout the night. More furniture in the room or pictures on the wall, would help absorb sound (it was quite echoy). Recommend earplugs, and it would be much better! Maybe rooms on the other side to where I was, are not as noisy :) I would still stay again though, it was so cheap!

Everything great location, free parking 24hr check in. Great value for money, friendly and very helpful staff. I have a shoulder and spine injury and I asked for a bottom bunk. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that I got the bed and can't thank him enough
