Some of the crockery needed to be cleaned before use & there weren’t any instructions on how to work the heating so it was a bit hit and miss. Other than that it was a lovely caravan and fine for our needs.

The caravan was spacious and well equipped for our needs. There was wifi in the caravan itself and a smart TV so we had access to our own streaming services which was fab. There weren’t any bedding prepared for us but the lady dropped some off promptly. There were a few issues with the property but the lady sorted them out really quickly, including replacing the kettle which didn’t work and taking away broken crockery.

There were a few stains on the carpet, but it looked like they had been there for a while. So, I'm not sure if they could be washed out? But these really weren't an issue. Also, a musty smell coming from the kitchen sink possibly needs a good drain cleaner, or there is damp behind it. But again, it didn't cause a problem. The small vents on the ceiling could do with a vacuum as they were dusty. However, these are slight oversights and didn't affect our stay in anyway..

We have stayed on the site before, so we knew what to expect in terms of location and facilities. The caravan itself was clean and tidy. Bed linen were provided, and there was a fully stocked kitchen, i.e., plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. We brought all our own washing up bits, t-towels, liquid and sponges, bath towels, and toilet rolls as it is sometimes just easier to do so. However, there were toilet rolls when we arrived, and some washing up bits under the sink. The caravan was an older model, but this was apparent from the photos, and it has been maintained well. The rooms were spacious, except for one of the bedrooms that had 2 single beds, just enough leg room to squeeze through, but more than suitable for children, so that should be considered if booking. Our 2 little ones slept in there, and it was fine for them. The other bedrooms were fine with plenty of room. The living area had all that was needed, seating, table and stools, TV that worked fine, and an electric fireplace (that we didn't try or use). However, it was a bit chilly in the mornings, so we had to put the heating on, but the boiler worked fine, so this wasn't a problem either. The kitchen had a microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, and large fridge freezer, all in good working order. There was also a broom, dustpan, and a mop and bucket if it was needed. We had a small dog with us, so the property is dog friendly with an extra cleaning fee, which was also appropriate. The property itself didn't have any kind of dog smell when we arrived, so this was a plus. Overall, very satisfied with this caravan and would definitely book again.

I think it would be helpful if there were a few provisions just to start with I.e. small wash up liquid, cleaning cloth and toilet rolls.

We forgot loo roll so it would have been nice if just 1 roll provided. We left one for the next customer. Otherwise no complaints.

This was a lovely clean roomy caravan in a nice quiet spot. Parking outside for two vehicles was great. Kitchen facilities were good so no need to bring mugs etc.Bedrooms were clean and fresh with sheets pillows and duvets provided. Host was very helpful in providing information and always answered the phone. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We can hear the neighbours outside in the middle of the night but i guess its quite common in caravan sites.

Spacious and facilities were complete though we could use a clothes dryer especially after having a swim😊 The fridge & freezer were big! A surprise in our part compared with the other caravans we visited. Angela have been prompt in giving instructions and answering our questions too.

i have stayed in this caravan before whilst travelling for work and whilst it is an older model it was lovely, spacious and friendly feeling. i hate to leave negative feedback but unfortunately on this occasion it is applicable. the caravan number on the booking.com email is incorrect, this makes finding it a nightmare. the ants were terrible but not in the other caravan we also had on site as we stay 2 people to one caravan but the worst thing was it had clearly been smoked in a lot. the owner did offer to drop an air fresher round the next morning bit it just wouldn't have touched it the bedrooms thankfully didn't smell but the lounge and kitchen did quite badly, it needs a deep clean and i would feel robbed if were charged the stated £35.00 cleaning charge as its clearly not cleaned.

property was advertised with towels included but wasnt there so we had to have extra expense buying some which is not great. same with toilet paper was meant to be there but wasn't there. the property was advertised as being on the beach but its kind of 15-20min walk, not very interesting walk along main road. I also asked about beach which was meant to be sandy but all closeby beaches was stones😝 very strange.
