Service was really slow it took a long time to get drinks up til 30 min to get beers and the breakfast took 45-60 min to be served.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location, beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet considering you were in the city centre. Would definitely come back. Based on other reviews we went for the Deluxe rooms and would recommend!

It took a couple of minutes to speak to a member of staff regarding booking in, but this was due to them being busy. This was not really an issue for us but the only negative thing I can think of.

The breakfast was a lovely full English. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Location is perfect right in the middle of Manchester city centre. The usual price for this hotel is quite expensive but if you can get a good deal it's well worth the money.

Surprised to be asked for a security deposit, which was refunded, but can't remember the last time I was asked for something similar

Nothing major, I think it's still a work in progress. A few things were loose in the bathroom but I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, my room was large and it was very nice for the price. I am coming to Manchester to stay again in a few weeks and plan on booking this again.

Not to sound fussy but the room could do with a fresh paint, it was looking worn in areas.

Very modern and comfortable. Love the big windows in the room. The location was easy to walk to the stations and shops. The reception / bar area is really beautiful and relaxing to chill in.

I had a ground floor room which had a very bright street light outside. The curtains didn’t block this out completely. Pillows weren’t great.

Love the reception area and bar and restaurant. Room was very spacious and liked the interior design. Food in the restaurant was very good.

The rooms were very basic the bathroom was very dated also which you wouldn't expect from such a lovely looking entrance/bar area. You should carry the theme through to the rooms.

I loved the decor down stairs and thought it was a lovely calm setting. It smelt fantastic which is always a nice touch!

One noticed the shower rail was loose from the ceiling, and there were damp patches on the bathroom ceiling as the paintwork was bubbling and falling off. But... easy remedied.

Loved the room the food, and the staff were amazingly generous considering I was quite bad tempered , again my sincere apologies.

Even though I’d called and noted at reception about syncing up two bookings into one, this wasn’t passed to the room service and they walked in during our stay. The wait time for food and drink was a little longer than expected but each was resolved.

The hotel was designed perfectly and the interior was very chic, stylish and trendy. The room was beautiful and the facilities within the room were great too, including a great shower in the bathroom. I liked the option of a bar and dinner space, and the location was perfect for what we needed as it was so central.

The room I stayed in was fairly basic and a little tired, 2 out of 4 sockets I tried didn't work and a couple of lights weren't working, opened the curtains to builders around 10m away working on the roof, but this could be why the room was discounted to £80 per night, but sadly could have got better value elsewhere this time around

sweet wrappers on floor, did not seem as clean and airy as first time I stayed. Room was a little dark with not much lighting and expensive for what I got.

Standard rooms need more photos online to show what they are like, also house keeping needs to do deep cleans on the rooms, there was dry snot on the shower wall and bath was dirty, felt dirtier coming out of the shower then I did going in.

Noisy, got woken up in the early morning (like 3) by the sound of someone in the room next door or upstairs being sick (went on for a while).
