We had a fantastic stay at David’s property. We felt incredibly welcomed by him, and had a very comfortable stay. The room was immaculate, and a lot of thought had clearly gone into the hospitality. Our breakfast was brilliant - just what was needed after celebrating a wedding! The location is fantastic, being a stones throw away from the South Inch and very close walk to the rest of what Perth has to offer. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Perth

David is incredible host, and with Laurent they have a beautiful property with well appointed rooms. I had the pleasure of staying there at the beginning and end of a seven 7 day bikepacking trip around the East / Cairngorms returning very muddy and broken. I can say very truthfully that i was looking forward to returning and putting my sore and clean feet up at the end of the trip for R&R. I stayed in two rooms, and both were fantastic. This is definitely a place to remember, and one i shall return to on my next visit to Perth. Breakfast is also very good, cooked to order by David.

Met by fragrant flowers on path to front door and then by friendly owner, The Townhouse offers exceptional accommodation - beautifully if 'quirkily' furnished and showing great attention to details which enhance one's stay. Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Located a short walk from Perth rail and bus station, and from wonderfully re-developed Perth Museum, The Townhouse is situated opposite a large parkland.

Very cute and charming hotel! Center location with spacious rooms and bathrooms beautifully equipped. Special appreciating note about washing products: shampoo, body lotion, bath &gel douche, hair conditioner, decorations, bed. Really appreciate the funny and cool staff with a witty touch 😉👍

There was nothing not to like!

David was friendly, welcoming and helpful from our arrival at the beautiful Townhouse. We appreciated the attention to details with homemade shortbread, scones and fresh coffee in our room. Everything had been thought of to make us comfortable and our stay extra special. Our breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

The room was fantastic. Bed was so comfortable and the room was a great size with plenty of facilities. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and there were snacks in the room. The manager was really polite and friendly.

David is a lifelong upscale hotelier and it shows. Every detail has been considered from the luxurious towels to the chargers in the room. He even helped us with a laundry emergency. Breakfast was superb. Sadly, we were not there long enough, but would give the Townhouse our highest recommendation.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The host made you feel welcome from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Breakfast choice was fantastic and cooked to order. Facilities in the room were first class and we received a free upgrade without asking. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Guest house was truly stunning. The attention to detail inside and outside was beautiful. Room was well set out and massive comfy bed. Very clean . Davids personal touch was very warming and the breakfast in the morning was first served with a fruit salad and then a fully fresh Cooked breakfast. My wife had eggs Benedict which she loved . Would definitely recommend and we will be back again . Thanks

David made us feel really welcome; he came out to greet us in the parking area at the back of the property and carried our case up to our room. The welcome scones and biscuits were a nice surprise, the room was really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent; I really enjoyed the freshly cooked scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

We enjoyed a very warm welcome when we arrived and were shown to our lovely room overlooking the park, the room decor is magnificent along with being very clean and comfortable, there were plenty of nice teas, coffee and some snacks available in the room. Breakfast was very very nice. We were very well looked after by the owners and would definitely book the Townhouse hotel again.

The Townhouse was fabulous. We were shown to a very spacious, comfortable room with everything carefully thought through. A lovely view of the park. We wanted for nothing. The huge bed was extremely comfortable, with gorgeous linens. The breakfast was delicious and a leisurely affair. It was a perfect start to the day. Thank you for looking after us so well.
