Not having the time to stay longer. If we ever get down that way again it will certainly be on my list of desirable.

A absolutely lovely property down a quiet country lane. More spacious inside than it looks from the outside. The facilities were excellent, cutlery and crockery sets were matching rather than the odds and sods at a lot of places. Everything was neat and tidy on our arrival, smelled nice and looked nice.

It was on the outskirts of Frome, so going out was a car ride, but not really an issue, as everything else was great.

It clean warm and welcoming, great facilities although a frying pan would have been good!!

The location was great and it was so good to have a parking space next to the property. The annex was spotless, very comfortable stylishly furnished and decorated and very well equipped. I loved it and wished I could stay longer. I will definitely come back some time if I am in the area.

Local information could be improved upon, for example walks from the door, directions from the cottage when walking into Frome.

Quiet pretty location at the end of a single-track lane. Everything you need is there in what is a cosy little detached annexe. Amazing coffee machine - looked a little daunting to start with but actually really easy to use. We met the owners who were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating.

It was in an ideal location for us - on the edge of town and on the edge of the countryside, with footpaths at the end of the drive. It was remarkably peaceful.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing that would have made it even more perfect would be a secure enclosed garden (to let the dogs out) but we knew the property didn't have this when we booked and so we have no complaints at all.

Extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Furnished & finished to a very high standard. Rural location at the end of a small lane yet only 10-15 mins walk into town. Excellent value for money. We loved it.

We didn't walk into frome but it would've been a bit far with bags etc although we didn't get our bearings completely.

As described it is down a bit of a unpaved path. Be careful with directions however the owners did tell us prior of this.

One tiny comment: Late evening, eg after 9.30 ish, Wifi seemed to drop in and out, not enough to stop me in what I was doing, but enough for me to notice. Personally, I liked the place, and would come again regardless.

A lovely Annex with good size rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and was bright and spacious for a 1 bed property. Induction hob, spacious fridge freezer. Good quality appliances, utensils, crockery, pans etc. The bedroom had plenty of space to move around, with a vaulted ceiling (windows had electric blinds) which made it feel even more spacious. Double comfy bed. Good size lounge with sofa, chairs, good size flat screen TV etc. Bathroom was updated and clean. Towels were big and soft. All the rooms were tastefully decorated with some nice little touches.....throws/quirky ornaments etc. There is a private parking space right outside the kitchen, so easy to unload from the car, and a small porch to hang coats, and to keep shoes. We went in December when it was bitterly cold outside, and it was a joy to come back to warm and cosy rooms. The place has a very rural feel about it, very quiet, but once you drive down the track and out down to the main road, it is very easy to connect with Longlete, Bath, Bristol etc etc, and all the lovely surrounding villages. We had one small issue with one of the kitchen appliances, where the hosts immediately came to fix/sort the issue. Overall an excellent stay, and everything was of nice quality.
