Side of Bath quite high to climb into for a shower - but I have a sore knee at present so may not normally affect me. Waitress at breakfast leant right over me to reach a dirty plate, whilst I was still eating. My husband had finished but I had not. Not impressed by that at all.. Perhaps a bit more training would benefit the younger members of staff.

The price of the wine in the bar- we would have gone to the bar more if the prices reflected the rest of the city.

Daniela on the reception desk was particularly helpful. We loved the coffee machine in our room- and the amazing view!

We had breakfast included free. If I’d paid for it, I wouldn’t be happy as it resembled some plastic food you get in a kids toy kitchen kinda thing. There are loads of places close by that do a much better breakfast - spend your money there instead.

Location - great. Room - great, spacious, clean - we were on 12th floor and had great views.

The price on parking at the hotel was £25 for 24 hours but you could park 5 minutes walk away for half the price.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Lewis on checkin was great, he explained everything to us about the hotel and all it's facilities. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. I asked if they had any veggie options and minutes later they brought us freshly cooked veggie sausages. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the shops. The room was large and spacious and had everything you may need, even a toothbrush. There were umbrellas available to hire in the reception area which was great idea as I had forgotten mine. Overall a fantastic stay.

Location great being close to main train station, plenty of selection during breakfast . Even with it being a mid week stay the breakfast was fresh and hot as some breakfasts I have found have been overcooked or dry from being standing for a while so very happy . All staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location. So convenient for the train station and the Utilita Arena. Large comfortable room. Great sound proofing considering the hotel backs on to the train tracks. Nice bar area.

Gym was very simple and needed to renew card each day to use it.

I think they could have had more mirrors in the room to make getting ready easier for couples.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was close to all the shops etc. And the room was very clean.

Booked a twin room via booking.com but when we arrived it was a double bed. Was told it’s only a request when booking. This needs to be sorted, if I book a double it’s because that’s what is needed. Luckily I wasn’t staying with my 17 year old son, as this would definitely not have been acceptable.

Excellent location for the arena and eateries. Clean and tidy and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble, in fact they sorted our room from a double to twin very quickly, although they weren’t sure if they could to start with
