Don't have hotel own parking, because we have 2 small kids, they have enjoyed their day and feel tired, both sleep in the car, when we arrived, we are inconvenient to put them down and our belonging.

Room was clean and space was comfortable for family staying.

I enjoyed the breakfasts but found the coffee they served to be a bit weak.

the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and met my expectations. The hotel is wonderfully situated and stepping out the front entrance and seeing and feeling thge sea air always makes me feel wonderful. The entire staff (from cleaners, reception and breakfast ladies) are always extremely friendly and helpful.

The parking is a little tight and I use on road parking nearby, which is an additional cost. There is no air conditioning, which in the summer could be an issue. This time it was a little pricey for what the hotel can provide, but it is that time of the year.

Location is excellent, the room looked over the seafront which was pleasant. The room was spacious and catered to my needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything pretty much is with walking or a short bus ride.

A little distant for a Business Trip with obligations in the city centre - this was my decision to book this hotel. Nice sea-view and beach (unfortunately time slots and weather were not perfect). Friendly staff and professional organisation.

It was a two minute walk from Rockwater which was the venue we were visiting for an event. Free parking, super clean bedroom and bathroom with WiFi and a tv. Super reasonable and friendly reception staff.

Pillows could have been softer and fluffier

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Whilst the actual bed was very comfortable, the pillows could have been fluffier, as they felt quite hard as you slept on them. The shower was brilliant, plenty of power and hot water. The location was perfect for us as it was very near to family we were visiting, but is quite a distance from the centre of Brighton.

Parking was a problem. There are only two disabled bays at the front of the hotel. We had to park in the street which made it difficult to carry luggage etc.

The staff were so helpful and kind. We booked late after having to leave another property as it was disgusting. The staff at the hotel helped us get the perfect rooms for us. They also let me park my car on the front of the property whilst we were at a wedding the following day even though we had checked out already.

If I have to make a comment then yes the room was a bit dated and could do with a refresh but I’d rather have the existing room at the existing price than pay more for new furnishings and fresh decor! Any negatives are outweighed by the location, friendly staff and access to local amenities.

Excellent location far away enough from the Brighton crowds to have some peace and tranquility but near enough to allow easy access to restaurants and shopping. Directly opposite the beach with superb sea views. Also easy access from motorway for drivers.

The Bathroom should be modernised. Walk in shower or at least a hand held shower hose.
