There were no sponges or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes properly.

The hotel was able to accommodate us with a late check-in. The small kitchenette is very convenient to prepare food - for us we arrived late and grabbed a few items from the grocer nearby to prepare at home before we went to bed. We also used the kitchenette to prepare breakfast. The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel could have been better signposted. We had trouble finding it. It looks like a normal residential building.

The receptionist was very nice, helpful and laid back. The room was clean, well equipped and had a good size. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. There are some small restaurants nearby. Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate are within walking distance. It‘s convenient to travel from/to Heathrow Airport.

Having a separate hand towels in the room would have been great - as we had to use our bath towel for other purposes - which we were not used to it before.

Only 2 towels for 2ppl staying 3 nights and no towel rack, when was to have second shower the towel was still wet. Expected them to be replaced since clearly staff had entered the room. Small room, kept banging foot on the edge of the bed, no possibility of dimming the lights. Woke up with the guests of room next to us opening and closing the drawers. Not very soundproof.

Clean and smelt nice, shower cabin was of good size and water gets warm almost instantly, had all facilities to even cook there and conveniently located. Staff was friendly.

The pillows were lumpy. I couldn’t pull the duvet up far enough. The window did not stay up so had to wedge it open. There was no side light just a strong main light in the bedroom. I didn’t use the coffee machine as there were not enough milks.

It was well laid out. Exceptionally clean ( very rare). In a very quiet location. No noise at night outside or in the hotel. ( also very rare). The bathroom had good lighting. Great location .

Only point of criticism is that it can get a bit noisy as you hear every step from people in the room above and next door, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Great location, pretty room with kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, bed very comfy (hard mattress), hair dryer, iron, safe, doors that lock really well, bus stop & underground station close-by.

The only negative thing about my stay was the sofa bed. It was awful. My back was sore for the day.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Paddington underground. Clean room. Everything you need is provided- delph, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle. Staff wash the delph. Easy check in, friendly staff. Nice location, felt safe.

Would have liked a mat in the shower as quite slippery and to have been given a bath mat. We asked and did get an extra towel to stand on. Room was smaller than we thought that it would be. As stated on another review beware of the shop at the end of the road - the one on the right of the two - we were massively overcharged.

Ideal location. Near to Kensington Gardens and a short walk to Paddington Station. Having a fridge was very useful. Area was quiet. Room was very clean.

Nothing we didn't like, but just some observations. Sound proofing not so great, and room was very small, but that should not be an issue unless you are intending on staying indoors all day. Beware of the shop at the end of the road - the one on the right of the two - they will massively overcharge you and steal your money.

Location was great, in a quiet street, but very close to Hyde Park and the nearest Tube station just a ten minute walk. Room was small but impeccably clean and modern, and was a perfect two-night stay for our day trips and museum visits. Staff were discreet and helpful and the cleaning team were super friendly. Since other places in London are so expensive, for what you get this place is an excellent choice. Would stay again.
