WI-FI could be better. A bigger tv like a smart tv or a smart box or stick in the box of t.v. The room is very small with all the furniture in but didn't let that put you off renting it

Grace is a very lovely lady made us very welcome. and work very hard to keep this place clean on her own breakfast was nice a continental one in the room. We was lucky we could park the car round the back

It would be nicer to have again breakfast in a common room rather than in the bedroom.

Grace was super kind and helpful. The property is well located to access key Dover attractions and the room on the 2nd floor looking at the back is quiet.

The host was friendly but sometimes not easy to reach. The location is not far from the cruise terminal. When a taxi is not available, you can walk to the port (35 munites).

We had a wonderful stay, so no problems at all.

Great room for a family, with a beautiful, spacious bathroom too. Breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge.

Room closer to ground level. Internet was intermittent at times.

The location is great. Unfortunately it was at the top of stairs which were difficult for us due to having heavy suitcases so the cases had to be left at the bottom of the stairs. Breakfast supplies were adequate, however a little cramped for room to eat.

Good value for money, perfect location for an overnight stop after the ferry trip to Dover, located in Souterrain close to road, so expect some noise level, was clean, well equipped, good breakfast and very kind host.

Nothing really. Our room was very small and had a lot of furniture in it which made it a little cramped but as we only needed accommodation for one night it was fine.

Convenient for the ferry. It is typical town house accommodation and was decorated in the same style. Plentiful breakfast which is stored in the fridge in the room and there is something for everyone. There is a very small table but there isn’t much space to eat from it, so we sat on the beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I went to pay her the other half of our fee in cash, she asked for £9 more. When I questioned she and showed her the exchange rate, she said that’s not right; PayPal chargers more because they skim off the top. I just don’t understand why I needed to pay more for that. That’s between her and PayPal.

I received 8 e-mail messages regarding my stay, some of them duplicates. When there is so much correspondence it turns what should be a pleasue into something of a chore.

I liked everything pretty much, as for me just too close to main road and high street but this may be a big plus for most people

There was nothing we didn’t like - was all really great.

Lovely welcome from Grace, stayed over night before a sea crossing, was great value for money. Really comfortable for a family of 4 . Great little kitchen, where we helped ourselves to a a substantial continental breakfast. Central , easy access by foot if wanting to eat out. Would definitely stay again, shame we hadn’t got longer.
