Car park is very expensive at £45 per night, but hey ho, it kept the car safe and clean from the salty air.

The room and the staff were great. Aircin and a Fridge in our room. Breakfast was excellent too. The elevator from the underground car park is a nice touch.

Reception staff were a little bit vague on the running of the car park. Also part of our family joining us had a terrible ordeal trying to get a third bed for their five-year-old child who was booked in as a third person.

Only thing was car park is small and the hotel and abit more expensive then the one that’s just behind it.

It was a lovely hotel we had a beach view which was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful would recommend to anyone!

Didn't feel the room was cleaned to the highest standard whilst we were there. Just little things like toilet rolls or tea and coffees were not always topped up, so we would have to ask for more of these.

A brilliant location near to everything, Decor of hotel was lovely with a gorgeous outdoor seating area, the staff were helpful and friendly and we had a fabulous big room with amazing views.

Breakfast on the last two mornings, was it bit disappointing there were no glasses for the juices and ask the lady behind the bar and she open the dishwasher and put steam hot glasses on the bar for the juice (not nice to drink hot orange juice) also no pastries or croissants out asked one of the boys and he was nice said sorry and went and got some more but not plates to put them on. A lot of people were waiting for tables but a lot of the tables were not being cleared so made a big log jam. I know you have busy times but it seems,like the staff can’t handle it. You have signs in the lift that tell you the busy times so you should be aware of this yourselves. Overall it was a pleasure to stay with you.x

House keeping took a long time - on two occasions our room hadn't been cleaned by 16:00 which was a bit of a shame. We were also told we could not have any more complimentary water during our stay (a perk of a Privilege Room) because "we have run out". Also the breakfast operation seemed to struggle with items running out long before the advertised close. The hotel may also be a victim of it's own success - there were a few coach parties in, which I understand as it is a lovely part of the world - however naturally they monopolised the facilities and this necessitated the staff's focus over other guests. I know the hotel is new and may well still be finding it's feet so these grievances are small and I am sure will be improved with time. We will definitely be back.

The staff in the restaurant were top class, as were the bar staff. The restaurant served food better than it had any need to be and the staff, again, were attentive and knowledgeable. The room was fantastically appointed and the décor throughout is to a high standard. The size of the hotel is excellent and the Privilege Room was exceptional.

Too hot and stuffy, despite the air conditioning. I hated that you can't open any of the windows - it felt very claustraphobic at times.

Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight around 9 to half past with lots of people and not enough tables. Staff were excellent though. If you go early or after half nine it was a lot less busy. Never had a dedicated barman ,staff were filling in and cocktails were a bit random. No baileys at the bar!!

Position was ideal for visiting restaurants and pubs. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean.

Rooms too hot. Breakfast on the second day there weren’t enough staff to keep the restaurant clean and to keep up with the demand for food
