We went to the spa and were disappointed by the facilities and the massages we both recieved. Would not recommend. Very disappointing considering it was our last trip together before we welcome our first baby

Everything was exceptional about my stay. This is my second time to stay here and it is the main reason why I returned to this hotel again. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is excellent and the rooms are spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard.

Food was very average, pints of draught beer and stout were very poor , using hot wet glasses is not ideal ....

We had to give a time for breakfast takes the relaxation out of the morning when you are clock watching!

Absolutely stunning Manor House nicest iv seen - very well maintained and the room with a lake view was exceptional the only problem is we only had one night ! Definitely will be back for 2 nights! Utter rest and relaxation!

Large well equipped room. Hotel spotlessly clean with courteous and attentive staff and excellent facilities. Dinner and breakfast in the Belleek restaurant were delightful overlooking Lough Erne. Perfect base to explore the area from, knowing you are coming back to a bit of luxury. If you're in the area, can also highly recommend The Boatyard tasting tour - but best to go there by taxi!

There was a very loud banging 24/7 upstairs from our room- sounded mechanical so doubt it was another guest so was rather hard to sleep for a while!

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff were lovely, food was excellent. We were upgraded to a junior suite with views of the lough. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, with all mod cons. Incl a TV in the bath tub! Spa/leisure facilities were great. We will definitely be back soon.

we had a large bed, but pity the sheets did not fit it. They were FAR to small. therefore uncomfortable to sleep on. lighting in the bathroom was very poor.

Only 3 things. When we arrived in our suite there were no towels so I tried phoning reception but the phone was broken. Also there was not enough toiletries in the bathroom for 2 people. The breakfast wasn't great . Could improve on that.

Everything was perfect. Great location. Lovely staff. Fantastic suite with a great view. Dinner was excellent in the Belleek restaurant 5* The hotel was beautiful inside and out.

The initial greeting was cold and we felt like we were an inconvenience to the reception staff as they were standing chatting and we felt like we were interrupting them. We had never been before and we would have liked a bit more guidance. We went for lunch then back to reception to check in, on this occasion the girl was very friendly and helpful. The biggest downside of the stay for us was the beds. They are rock hard like sleeping on a plank of wood, the pillows are also extremely firm. My neck was broke and I hardly slept a wink!

The food in the restaurant was exceptional along with the service from Gérard. He was run of his feet, but he remained calm, professional, and always smiling. The decor and cleanliness was to a very high standard inside the building. The cocktails were also great in the cocktail bar, a little atmosphere/ music wouldn't have gone a miss mind you
