Was asked to keep the noise down which is a bit hard with 5 kids 🤣

The site has everything that you need do not buy passes as swimming and club house was free. The caravan was clean and well equipped I brought all my own bedding but all bedding was provided, beds were comfortable for a caravan 😁

Open to the elements facing the field , really high winds really rocked the caravan throughout the evening

Great location , close to facilities yet good views and nice decking and caravan very comfortable, owner very nice also and excellent facilities across the road at Martello

There were no towels I was charged double the price And I had to request a refund because it didn’t automatically refund me The only way I found this out was to check my bank account and they didn’t charge amount on the booking reference they charged double

Hosts were friendly. Caravan was just as described and was perfect for our weekend away. Lots to do there and only a short walk to the seafront.

The price, and unfortunately the cleanliness, I had to remove the cushions from the sofa as I didn’t want the dogs laying on them whilst we was out and found all sorts of rubbish and dirt underneath, I did hoover as I couldn’t leave it, which I didn’t mind, but the sofa cushions needs a really good clean, they are quite smelly, we weren’t allowed in the club to get food as we didn’t have a pass, we went to purchase one to be told they close at 6. We walked to the other side and obtained chips instead, despite this, due to the location and the hosts we would stay here again.

The hosts where pleasant and accommodating, no option to book in my dogs on booking.com but when I messaged the host this was quickly resolved, payment was easy and I was met by the host to show me to the caravan. Beautiful location looking out at fields.

A bit pricey

Was comfortable. Kids enjoyed it. Heating was lovely. Bedding smelt wonderful.

It was clear that it was a “dog friendly” accommodation, as the sofas & flooring in the lounge area were a bit grubby & there was a smell of damp dog. Had we of realised this then probably wouldn’t have booked as we had small children with us. But it didn’t effect our stay we still had a good time. I should have double checked so was an oversight in my behalf.

I liked the layout of the caravan, very spacious, and we didn’t have any problems with space at all. The wifi was really fast, the owners were very accommodating & friendly. We ordered a cot & wS delivered in 10 minutes of ordering it. Bedding was clean & fresh, utensils were provided.

We had some challenges with the TV and Internet connection, although in fairness we didn't report it as we were only there for a night and only really in the caravan to sleep and have breakfast in the morning anyway. I'm sure the owners would have sorted it if we'd asked.

Plenty of space for a family of 3. Nice outside seating area and the living room window overlooked fields and the sunset. Good facilities onsite and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Easy to check-in and check-out, with free parking close by.

The smell in the living space( seemed like the people who had pets stayed before). It was quite unpleasant.

The caravan had all the equipment and more. It was very spacious and the terrace with outside furniture was a nice addition. We enjoy it a lot! Also, a great WIFI connection which was more important for kids👍

This was a clean and tidy caravan that provided us with what we needed - a place to stay for a family break. The second toilet was a useful addition to the accommodation and the kitchen equipment provided meant we had everything we needed to cook simple meals. The holiday park itself offers good facilities which you can enjoy. There is also a beach within a 10 minute walk of the caravan, amusements, fish and chip shop, etc.

Maybe having some loungers as an alternative to the chairs on balcony, would’ve been nice to lay out in the sun but really for the price of £72 for a night was happy, it had all the basics you need

Clean, had the necessary basics in caravan, the owners were nice. Great location, nice fish n chip shop up the road, shops, arcades and nice restaurant with friendly staff.

Needs a bit of updating, but more the property was not overly clean, the bathroom particularly, and there was grit or sand on the sofas. we were asked to keep the butterflies on the wall and ask our child to not touch them… but they would just fall off, a bit of a strange request
