United KingdomWe went for dinner after a busy day, I was told to watch the table in the corner and once they had their desserts , I could go back to counter and order food. Simply preposterous. Another couple came down after us, similar experience , but offered a free drink. After a busy day, we had to find a fast food joint for pizza and chicken wings in room. Ruined our stay.

Close to the sea front and amenities. The room was a good size with a comfy bed, tea making facilities (no biscuits), iron and iron board, and hairdryer. Lacked a bit of colour, the photos had colourful cushions, but maybe they're in the premium rooms 🤔 staff were smiley and helpful.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Parking available. Comfy bed. En suite is a wet room with large shower. Bathroom has Wash/Shower gel and conditioner.

United KingdomThe car parking charges were misleading as it was advertised as 24 hour parking charges. So we expected 24 hours from when we parked. We went out in our car in the day over 2 days so we thought those roughly 15 hours would be deducted as the space can’t be reserved for your return. Unfortunately the £15 payment is for overnight parking only which in effect is not 24hrs. You can’t reserve a space so if you come back and there’s no space to park overnight you have to tell reception and then they will refund you the £15 off the pre authorised money they take off your card for your stay. So although convenient it’s quite an expensive Car Park if you want to move your car in the day to visit places around Paignton. We had no problem getting a space but it is only a small carpark and I would imagine in high season it would be busy.
The staff were very helpful and polite, the location was ideal close to the beach & shops. The room had all the amenities and free wi fi. The hot & cold breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice and it was value for money.

United KingdomWe were in a corner room and would have liked two sitting chairs by the window to take in the view ( rather than just one chair ) Also think it's a bit odd ( and hazardous ) to have the kettle and tea facility on the bed side table. Not enough wardrobe area. Poor design.
Excellent breakfast and especially enjoyed the homemade compote and yoghurt. Great location and wonderful views across the green to the sea.

United KingdomParking prices for the hotel were stupidly high. As you could park right outside the hotel either on the road or in one of two car parks for three days for the same price as one night in the hotel car park. The bathroom, in the rooms, why doesn’t the shower screen go to the floor? I know it’s classed as a wet room but if the screen went to the floor at least when you shower the whole area wouldn’t get wet. It seems very pointless that the screen stops where it does.
Very friendly staff, great breakfast options. Bed was super comfy.
