There wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. I requested a tea tray but this must have been overlooked.

The location was fantastic, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a lovely surprise, staff couldn’t have done more to help, the bed was super large and comfortable and room was beautiful, breakfast very fresh with lots of choice.

That we couldn't stay longer or forever.

We have been here several times in the past and it is a beautifully designed and supremely comfortable hotel. It's main plus point though is the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, efficient and excellent at their job. A special mention to Pedro, Adam and Ahmed. You made a great stay memorable. Thank you!

Its my second stay, and definitely I will be back. Great cosy hotel with professional friendly staff. Location is perfect near to lots of attractions. I got an upgrade to the suits which makes it even more indulgent.

Liked everything.

Excellent location. Large spacious rooms which are so comfortable. Staff are amazingly attentive , with fantastic service from reception, to waiting staff to door men and housekeeping staff.

Nothing, everything was beautiful.

I loved the interior decor, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bar area served good food at at a reasonable cost. The staff were very responsive and pleasant. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We only stayed for one night to go to the Haymarket Theatre to watch ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ ( highly recommended). We didn’t get to see all of the facilities because we had to get home to Manchester the following day to avoid the train strike disruption, but we would have stayed longer if we could. We plan to return in June.

The only criticism is the bar area, where it seems very inefficient. We were in there 3 times and everytime was very slow to be initially seen even though they have lots of staff. Each time we had to prompt them to serve us as did people on neighbouring tables. Overall a fantastic hotel though.

The breakfast is not ok the buffet is very small and the prices for the breakfast ist complete creasy ! And the lunch and Diner prices are perfectly ! This policy is 😡😡😡😡 The owner has to change this

Breakfast disaster today. Instead of management being honest that things had gone wrong they were just rude. Not the waitress but restaurant manager and wasn’t taking responsibility for everyone’s breakfast being very late or in our case cold twice and the hollinaise sauce being inedible. The hotel price is very high so you should have perfection

The bed was really comfortable and the decor lovely. The bathroom was also large and well appointed a big bonus. The location is just fabulous - on a quiet street next to all the action: Theaters, restaurants, shopping, museums, parks. Just fabulous!
