We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Quiet location in industrial estate. Room was lovely and clean. Wasn’t as much choice for breakfast as the last hotel we stayed in but what was there was good.

United KingdomIf I had to be really picky - the orange juice at breakfast was quite watery. The only other thing I would mention is that £15 a night for a dog is expensive. We have been using Holiday Inn Express for a long time and it always used to be £5 and we have even had the charge waived in the past!
Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent again everything you could want.

United KingdomWe were expecting that the tea and coffee condiments would be replenished every morning. But if wasn’t. We assumed that of a door didn’t have DND signs, the house keeping would replace towels and refill condiments. So may be something that the Hotel needs to inform their customers or what their policy is so that expectations are matched.
The staffs were very friendly and courteous. Immediately assisted our concerns and had such happy faces! It was an excellent sight! The lobby was very well kept and the buffet area was well designed and well managed.

United KingdomTravel cot needed a mattress. Imagine providing a bed for an adult to sleep on without a mattress. Not really very fair for a child. It is good we brought our own bedding to make it more comfortable for him. Travel cot mattresses aren't very expensive. The hotel should provide a mattress. Staff weren't very approachable. Filter coffee would be better served at breakfast rather than sachets of Nescafé.
Location was brilliant for what we wanted as we were going to the zoo the next day. Breakfast was lovely and we liked being able to sit down and help ourselves.

Liked walking into the bright & modern foyer. Room was big, clean & facilities good. Really comfortable bed & quiet. Breakfast was really nice with a good selection. Location was a bit industrial & not much around. Good for us as a stopover on a road trip. Didn’t encounter many staff, when I did, they seemed friendly enough.

United KingdomRoom too cramped with sofa bed out (I had requested a twin room, so a bit annoying). The breakfast selection was very poor. Rooms on the road side are extremely noisy, even with the window shut. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't turn off all night, so I didn't sleep.
