The room was incredibly small. There was not enough outlets and when trying to use the provided blow dryer it shorted their circuit. The lift was very concerning and made horrible. Sounds like it was gonna break it anytime.

The hotel would benefit from a renovation both inside and out. We noticed that the curtains were not clean, and there were black marks on the walls. Additionally, the room did not match the photos online, and the bed size was not suitable for tall individuals.

The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good and the location was pretty near to the center. We had both a heater and a conditioning inside the room.

I stayed with my wife for five days. I requested to get better room but, was not possible. The room was very small, and it doesn't have window. We have suffocated all the time.

A broken temperature regulator on the radiator made the room feel like an oven, but it was quickly sorted.

we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the cleanliness. The staff were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was simple but tasty and adequate.

I stated in advance that we would be coming with only one child, and although I had booked 1 double bed, we were placed in a room with an extra bed. The room was too small and cramped for a family with a small child. We had a hard time.

The employees were very friendly and interested. Breakfast was a nice breakfast and sufficient. The location of the hotel is very nice.

It was well catered. Offered some gluten free options- would love if some of the bakes offered were also gluten free especially when guests note the allergy when booking the hotel

The room was in the basement and the window was frosted with very little daylight. It was ok for a two night break, but would have wanted something better if staying any longer. The room wasn't tiny, but coupled with the lack of natural light could be claustrophobic. We were under the stairs and were subject to the noise and footsteps of people using them at any time. There was a lot of noise during the first night not sure if it was a boiler room or maybe something external.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful. The reception staff were friendly and the kitchen/Breakfast staff were a credit to you. There was a good selection of continental breakfast of a good standard. The underground is only a short walk away and there are some local shops and a pub.

The beds were crammed in a very small room, so that you'd have edge around them to move about in the room. There isn't really anywhere to put your luggage so we couldn't really unpack which was a bit annoying in a 4 nights stay. Think of it as a room where you sleep and that's about it. The wi-fi chiefly worked early in the morning - and in the evening not at all.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff too in that department. A really great way to start your day. The area is nice and quiet, so you can get at good rest too. Both important as a trip to London involves a fair bit of walking.

The room is so small. Breakfast choice wasn't great, very limited and you can't fine a nice bacon rolls or Complete English breakfast. very disappointed. Wifi signal is not good if you are located on the basement.
