Comfortable hotel in a great location by the harbour. Friendly owners and a really lovely breakfast. Would stay again.

The water pressure wasn't great at the property but it wouldn't put us off staying there again. In hindsight, we should have mentioned it to the hosts, it could have been something they could have fixed.

Location, breakfast, room and owners were all fantastic. We arrived late, but Ian and Sharon made us feel very welcome indeed. Ian recommended a short walk which was excellent to Goodrinton sands beach.

The bathroom is clean and tidy but I found the shower a little tight.

The property is very nice set in a position only a short walk from beaches and the town. The rooms are very nice.

Ian and Sharon were fantastic hosts right from the welcome and throughout our stay, they couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were amazing would definitely recommend the omelette 😁... If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Torbay look no further than Cleve Court you won't be disappointed.

There was nothing that I didn’t like at all.

The hotel owners gave me such a warm welcome. A great start to the stay. The room was perfect for me with adequate facilities. It was not the warmest of days when I arrived in late November but the hotel was kept at the perfect temperature as was my room. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. The quality continued to a very high standard throughout my stay. Everybody was so friendly and I enjoyed my stay. I would not hesitate to book at the Cleve Court Hotel in the future. Super little hotel.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded me to a larger room for free and I had not asked for that, it was totally their idea. Excellent breakfast and lots of choices. Location was only 5 minutes away from Paignton harbour. Good lighting in the room with good light over the bed excellent for reading.

A very big choice at breakfast which was excellent and always nicely served with a smile room was nice clean and comfortable drinks tray was topped up daily and all set in a great location only a short walk from all Paignton has to offer

Had no complaints

Owners very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Provided me with street guide and local bus table. Breakfast was very good, extensive choice. Was asked how I liked my food prepared. Could not fault it.

Sharan, Ian and Livvy, were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent, you could eat as much as you liked and Karen, the lady who served the breakfasts was also very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from town and very close to all the amenities, including the harbour and beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot rate them highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything nothing to dislike

Stayed 4 nights at CleveCourt Hotel in Paignton owners always made you feel welcome when i arrived at CleveCourt Hotel was shown to my room had a nice surprise as the owner put me into a different room to what I booked had double bed and balcony with a lovely view to the sea Breakfast was spot on and lovely always had a full belly before you plan and start your day i would definitely stay again and is value for money

Only one problem which is partially beyond the control of the owners due to poor water pressure in this part of Paignton. Shower pressure is very poor. Will need major works to rectify.

We stay one weekend but nobody give to us extra towels, the bathroom is very small and the car parking.

Great B and B, v clean attractive place in the nicest part of Paignton. Friendly helpful staff. They let me access my room really late on check out day, so I could make the most of my last day and get another swim. But above all the breakfast is delicious. Great choices and beautifully cooked. Lovely spot a quiet part of town and a minute’s walk to the harbour and coast path.

An enjoyable 2 night stay at the characterful Cleve Court Hotel. Our hosts Sharon & Ian were most welcoming in spite of our late arrival. The rooms were clean & comfortable, one having the luxury of a balcony. We were treated to a generous breakfast in friendly surroundings & look forward to returning when we are next in Paignton.
