“The location is close to the centre, whilst still being quiet. Our room was on the back of the building so away from the road at the front. The building is made up of several knocked into one, so a bit of a warren of corridors, but the room was very nicely decorated. We did expect a bigger bed, but that is because we had forgotten that UK Beds are generally smaller than on the continent. A King bed at around 150cm wide is narrower than our standard double back home. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very attentive. Plus there was a welcome drink at the bar, great.”
