We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis is a great base for a short stay in Lyon. It's about a 10 minute walk from Vieux-Lyon metro station, close to the river Saône with cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day. The staff were helpful and friendly, our room was comfortable and the hotel is in a really good location.

*Location was great* Lovely neighbourhood; easy to reach via bus from the train station (7 stops) or by foot (35 min); Close to the old town, amazing restaurants and the shopping area *Staff* Friendly, helpful, very likable and charmingly french *Room* (Junior Suite) was fantastic - great bed, lovely bathroom, clean room, cool interiour design *Price / Value* was super! Overall we had an amazing stay! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

AustraliaThe coffee served with the breakfast was weak. Need to change that up. Also, I think it would be great if the front desk didn’t ask you for your room number every time you go in and out. I have been to a lot of hotels and have never experienced this before. It’s like they are monitoring you or something I mean, you just want to leave and come back without being questioned every time. I am sure they mean well but we found it very annoying.
A very nice hotel at the price. The room was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location and the staff were very helpful.

Very nice hotel in a convenient area in the city centre with many restaurants and cafes around. The old building has undergone a really nice renovation, the interior is quite impressive. Excellent mattresses, roller blinds and quiet guaranteed long and relaxing sleep. Very clean in general with a convenient bathroom. 24h-reception with very friendly staff. We didn't try breakfast because we slept a lot and because there are many interesting breakfast places around the corner. We would definitely stay in Hotel Saint Vincent next time in the city.

The location was perfect, in the town and 5 minutes walk to Vieux (Old) Lyon. Building outside was in red which made it stand out (a good marker to find our way 'home') from your normal/bland hotel fronts. Fantastic walk to the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourviere. Beautiful room, clean, bright and airy. Bathroom clean and tidy. We had the 3rd floor with traditional French spiral stairway and steps. We are step/walk fanatics so this was a pleasure for us. The owner and the other gentleman on the reception where so helpful to us. Suggested places to visit in detail. Wonderful. Breakfast was buffet style, self service and a good selection for the start of your day. They appreciated that we wanted to practice our French and accommodated us. For me he spoke slower which I really appreciated.

Congratulations on his outstanding professionalism, welcoming manner and his effort to make us comfortable and satisfied. In fact, I have seldom met a hotel employee with such good skills!! He's to be commended for sure! The breakfast, scrambled eggs, fresh piping hot tea in a teapot was the best I've had in France for years!
