“The breakfast was excellent. The room clean and cozy, with a great bed. The bathroom was weird. It was very long. That was actually cool. For the rest, a great location, friendly staff, cool bar and a great experience in the spa!”
“it was centrally located and the staff at reception were pleasant if rather lacking in English which was a problem for those relying on ancient schoolboy French.The hotel has seen better days and is being modernised by degrees.. Our bathroom had been made over and was excellent. The bedroom rather drab and looked out over a weedy flat food. Bed comfortable and room quiet. The main problem was the service at dinner in the conservatory. Plainly not enough staff and poor command of English. Huge delays between courses and plainly no one in overall charge..Plenty of restaurants five minutes away so go there. The star staff member was the lady in charge at breakfast. Quick, amusing,helpful and with good English. She redeemed our stay.! Don,t recommend this hotel.”
