The apartment is big and in a great location, 2 min away from the Ramblas. The beds were super comfortable and Albert and the staff were very friendly and available at all times. I strongly recommend i!

We had a problem with the shower hot water. It took the staff two days to fix it. The bathroom is small and there is no element to hang towels. Since they are not replacing the towels everyday we had to look for creative options to.hang them to dry

The bathroom sink was kind of draining very slowly. The mattresses are old and deformed quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The lounge chair foam was also sunken due to overuse or too old. Outside noise is heared even if windows are closed. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors coming in and out of the apartment.

Great Location. Walking distance to the main shopping areas. The area has lots of restaurants. The place was clean. The kitchen looked good have everything we needed.

The only slight problem was the noise from the main road which affected the person who was sleeping in the bedroom at the front.

The apartment was very central and handy for your buses and the metro. The property was very clean and spacious.

The location was very noisy, you can’t sleep in and is across from an Irish pub in a university area so tons of noise til late. Facilities is run down and not updated; showers falling apart and not a lot of coffee pods provided (4 pods provided for 6 guests and 3 nights err)

We had to pay an extra 20 euros because our train getting delayed, so it was a bit unfortunate (the communication was great and the host was super reactive tho). For the check-in, we arrived at the flat's entrance but in the end, it was in another location, down the street. Not too far but communication about the arrival could have been better.

The location is great, you can go anywhere you want in Barcelona. The flat was spacious for 6 people, we had two bathrooms so it helps. We enjoyed the living room and the flat had everything we needed for 3 nights.

Just a couple of things would have helped. Hooks on the bedroom and bathroom doors, mirror in the second bedroom and more than one dishwasher tablet would have been appreciated.

We were located on the third floor and we were so surprised by the noise. At home we live in city centre of a big city, so when we booked we expected the noise levels to be the similar, but this was incredibly noisy, both from the streets (I think because in the master bedroom there are only wooden shutters, no windows) and for the other two bedrooms from inside the building (other apartments). There were little things that could be better, like the apartment sleeps six, but there are only two tea cups, the broken tiles in the kitchen are not very comfortable when you walk barefoot, the screen in the shower stall of the tiny bathroom next to the master bedroom is very filthy, the coffeemaker is very temperamental, you literally feel and hear the rumbling of every subway train that passes underneath the street.

We liked the very spacious living room and the master bedroom a lot. The location was great for exploring the city as a tourist, right around the corner from La Rambla , walking distance from many wonderful attractions and great restaurants. The building the apartment is located in is nice and clean. The pillows in the apartment are wonderful. We liked that there were two elevators, so we never had to wait long.

One of the bedrooms that overlooks tha main street is a bit noisy during the night.

The apartment is centrally located, favourite touristic attractions like Las Ramblas, Casa Battllo, Casa Mila, etc., are within a walking distance. Very close to two underground stations and bus stops which makes getting around the city easy and covenient. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of cafes and restaurants with Catalan and international cuisine. Last but nor least comes the cleanliness of the place and the hospitality and responsiveness of the staff and of our host Albert in particular. Many thanks indeed and would be glad to be back again soon!

The apartment was very spacious, perfect for our group of 5. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. The team there were more than helpful, letting us leave our luggage with them until the apartment was ready and calling us an hour before check in to say it was ready and we could get the keys. Would 100% book again.

Overall the property was superb! great location, loved the apartment, the beds, kitchen, everything was really good. Only a few things to remark 1.- Hot water for the shower: I was there with my family, so we were four, having showers was a challenge, especially because the hot water only lasted like for 15 mins and after that you had to wait around 45-50 mins to get hot water again, not good. 2.- The TV in the apartment couldn't get any streaming service on it because it wasn't a SmartTV. I get it, you go to Barcelona to sightseeing, visit museums and places but at the end of the day you want to chillax with a glass of wine and watch some of your favorites shows or movies. So not having this and only local channels was a bummer. 3.- It wasn't very specific where to throw the trash when leaving the apartment and when we figured it out it was far away from the entrance of the hotel

The apartment was clean but needs a deep clean and paint touch-up throughout. No coffee or tee was provided with the coffee maker.

The TV cable didn’t work however we rapidly got another one, although smaller, but it didn’t work much either. The accessories look outdated and warded out like the art & cushions.

The apartment was spacious and the wide Terraza window was awesome. The location was great and had many eating & shops close by.

Would suggest to buy at least one big knife, and also AC at the back room is not working properly. And also small cosmetic renovation is needed .

The terrace was great- sunny even on December. Beds were comfortable, sofa can be transferred in bed. Location just great- walked everywhere.
