We got room with a balcony and enjoyed Christmas lights on Casa Batilo across the street. On check-in, Ruth greeting us. She was extremely helpful. The bad and pillows were so comfortable. Very clean room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Room mate Anna. The location is very central, near many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and nice. I would stay here again.

There was a smell coming from the shower. I told them and they called maintenance but the smell returned. They were apologetic and left me sweets which was nice but the smell was terrible.

The staff and customer service was exceptional. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle in the room. Upon arrival there was a complimentary bottle of water. The water pressure was great. There was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The location was fantastic with shopping and Casa Batllo right there, and a 15 to 20 minute walk to old town.

Beautifully decorated room. Lovely breakfast with lots of options for vegetarians. Especially the breakfast room staff were very friendly and attentive.

No way of opening windows which is a personal preference. The lights in the room are plentiful but the colours could be brighter. The upstairs corridors are too dark to see clearly.

The staff, the lovely furnishings in the little room, the location are all excellent. The place is perfect for one or maybe two for a few nights. Nice and friendly greetings.

Wonderful, friendly team. Excellent location just by Casa Bastllo and a short walk to Casa Mia. Spacious room with vibrant, stylish interiors. Delicious breakfast selection of hot & cold plates.

everything is perfect , if i have to write something here, then I would say that the design of bathroom and toilet is a little bit weird.

everything is perfect, this hotel deserves a 20/20, well located, nice service. it's worth to mention that they really have a high standard of serving customer. I lost an important personal staff in the room after i checked out, they are always here to create a posive communication with you, and help you to send it to my personal address.

Their base rooms are really small. Barely any room to stand let alone manage your luggage.

Unfortunately if you have more than cabin luggage there is not enough space to fit it open, no side table or drawers in most rooms, cupboards so small can’t fit your clothing. In short if you’re planning to stay more than one night you should have a suit room. Suit is very comfortable.

Perfect hotel, excellent location! Our room was beautiful, and all staff were very friendly. I felt staff went beyond to be extra friendly and attentive. Breakfast plenty, and Giada from the breakfast team also made it extra special, she is very nice and attentive. I didn't mention this trip was to celebrate my birthday, but I was surprised at breakfast with a little cake and fruit, very nice detail! Another day, as we arrived to the room late in the evening, there was a bowl of sweets for us, with a really sweet note! I also loved the fact the room was very quiet and dark at night, always a bonus! when I return to Barcelona, I will stay in the same hotel for sure! Will also look into this chain of hotels in other places we usually travel to.

Rooms are a bit dark. But it is still find.

Location is really great. It is in the city center - walking distance to the main attractions. Rooms are nice and comfy. Staff is very friendly. I was given complimentary sweets :)
