We felt the kitchen could have used a few more tools. There also was not sufficient shower gel and toilet paper for the entirety of our stay.

The location is incredible! It is in such a great part of town (plenty of museums, shopping, and restaurants nearby), but really quiet on the street. This is a great location if you want to be be primarily walking to get around, although there is also really easy access to the metro. The bed is really comfortable, so it's a great spot to recover after exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

The only con I’d say is that I thought I booked a place with two full bathrooms but upon check-in realized that it was really 1.5 baths but it worked out for us since we were a family. However, with four people showering back to back the hot water didn’t keep up that well.

Very central location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping areas. The communication was fantastic and I really appreciated the luggage storage amenity since we had a late flight. I was very pleased with this place and would love to stay here again!

Nothing really - only issue we reported was a cracked shower tray but the shower was still useable.

Had everything we needed for our stay & good location. Clear instructions about property entry. Able to leave cases in secure lockers after check out & had access to toilet before our return journey to the airport. Whilst we didn’t meet any staff face to face, they responded very quickly to online messages.

I didn't find oven gloves so maybe add them to apartment. And sometimes shower made us troubles with hot and cold water randomly switching. A hook for towels in bathroom could be useful to. Overall, great apartment and location.

Great location for a city trip. Only a short walk from most of the places you want to see. Plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarkets and coffee shops just across the street. Great instructions from the staff about late checkin and key collection. Couldn’t be simpler. Kids loved their own beds and good Wi-Fi also. Would stay there again

The shower, but a technician came to fix it and it was fine the rest of our stay.

They were very helpful. Allowed us to extend our check-in and check-out times. We’re easy to contact on WhatsApp even before we arrived. Gave detailed instructions for how to access the building.

The hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly before 1 person can complete the shower.

the location near to the main shopping street and yet not too near that makes it noisy. the apartment was clean and very spacious for the group of 4 of us. kitchen had all the needed utensils, pot and pans. the staff was also very friendly during check in and when we had issues, just needed to send them a message via WhatsApp and they take care of things. great stay!

Wasn't keen on the memory foam mattress and pillows but that's just a preference. All in all a lovely apartment .

We couldn't really fault our stay here. Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a 7mins walk to placa cataluyna . Staff was helpful and always there to help if you needed it. They always replied back promptly.

The carpet in the living room looked like it needed replacing and washing.

It was clean, warm, and it was nice to be near major tourist attractions. The kitchen appliances all worked well, and the wifi was good. It was a trip with a 3-year-old child, and the surroundings felt very safe, and there were no problems with access to various restaurants, taxis, and shopping shops.
