Bathroom had no hand hold in shower, slippery tiles on step into the shower. Toilet seat needs replacing, it wouldn't stay up.

Accommodation was quite dated and in need of refreshing. The Aircon system was not working properly so the heating did not heat the room very well at all. Lack of main utensils for cooking and extraction above hob unable to turn on. Balcony railing was slightly unstable. Wait for quite a while at reception.

Breakfast was brilliant along with efficient staff. Indoor pool was nice but quite cold. Room was basic but large. Warm shower and large towels. Lovely view of the mountain from the balcony.

Unfortunately the indoor pools heating did not work whilst we were there which was not the hotels fault but was disappointing with two young children desperate to swim. The hot food on the breakfast buffet was not as hot as we would have liked

Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. They even contacted us before arrival to see if there was anything we needed. Grounds were very pretty and our apartment was great value

The inside swimming pool was really too cold and the Jacuzzi not enough full of water.

The hotel was OK. Simple but OK The room would be better if it will more clean (BathRoom) and more equipped (kitchen). No negatives for us. It's not a five star establishment but it does a very good job.

Great warm welcome. Dimo and his colleague were very professional. A credit to this hotel chain. Spacious, well equipped and clean accommodation. Good indoor pool. Good location if you don't mind a fifteen minute walk to the town. Generous breakfast. Exceptional value for money. The complex itself is showing its age and is a little tired but maintenance is taking place and the merits far outweigh any negatives.

The hotel has a gym, but it is open at 10, which is not very good if you want to have sport before breakfast. But the hotel staff was very nice and usefully agreed to open it for us early! Thanks for that!

The hotel staff was very nice, and they were always ready to help. The swimming pool was clean and big. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The furniture did not look like a new one, but I could say that it is just old fashion but not damaged. It was nice to have a washing machine in the room, and what is really important, they gave us washing powder, so we could really use it :) the hotel is around a 20-minute walk to the city centre. The beach was in 2-5 minutes
