Long walk to center of city and city walls. Steep hill. Uber about 7 euros each way which is best bet. Dinner buffet definitely not worth it. Tour buses also fed so quality of food accordingly.

Beautiful view from room of Dubrovnik Good fitness room and great indoor pool and outdoor smaller pool. Lots of parking for free.

Would have been nice to have English breakfast tea available and milk but appreciate that’s quite ‘British’ requirement in the hotel room rather than just mint tea Breakfast price expensive if you didn’t book in advance

Hotel was located about a 10 min bus ride out of then centre. Cost about 5 euroes to get an Uber each morning and we got the bus back each day. Room had a fridge Amazing views Friendly helpful reception staff Swimming pool which my son enjoyed every evening

It’s a bit of a hike to old town.

The staff was incredible! I got food poisoning and had to be taken to the hospital in the middle of the night. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We needed to stay an extra day and although they didn’t have any rooms available, they let me lay down in the lobby area, brought me blankets and, again, were just very kind.

Outdoor pool was unfortunately not in use.

The hotel was very clean and offered several services. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was amazing! The gym and pool were a great bonus. Hotel is located in a steep hill, so there is a lot of climbing and stairs but bus takes you very near. Also taxis available.

we were looking forward to taking a swim but Unfortunetly the pool was empty and only pool available was indoor and has limit of 10 guests

We hadn't realised that the hotel was up a steep hill. We chose it because of its proximity to the bus station - it was close, as the crow flies, but down a steep hill!

The room and hotel were clean and staff efficient and friendly. We also ate at the hotel and this was very good.

A little far out from old town for us. Number 3 bus route is super and stops right outside hotel to bring you into town, but it is on a very busy road with no pavement between it and the hotel.

This hotel is really beautiful. The facilities were great and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The pool and hot tub were also great and not crowded at all. Breakfast and dinner were good with a variety of options. The location was also great, not too far from the Old Town. Absolutely recommend this place.

The price of dinner is a bit expensive for what you are offered.

The location is a little problematic. Due to the geography of Dubrovnik, it means that you have to take the stairs down to the coast and then back. It certainly trains your heart for intensive actions.

Breakfast was extremely good. The room was very good. I did not use the restaurant or the swimming pool for lack of time. What I especially liked was the quality of the staff. In most places you find some people for which it is just a job, but here I did not have that impression. Everybody on the staff was really good.
