the speed of WiFi is a bit slow and the flow of the shower is a bit small. Soundproof condition is not satisfying.

The location is excellent - walking distance to the main atractions in Madrid. The breakfast is very good, a rich selection. Our double room has actually 2 rooms: the salon with a small balcony and the bed room.

Only 1 tiny niggle was in my room the air con was more in the little area you walked into when you entered the room and not in the main area of the sleeping area

Hotel was right in the middle of Madrid and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Lovely well equipped rooms, lovely decor and super clean. Staff were extremely helpful and were always on hand should you need them. Breakfast had a great variety so something for everyone. Super modern bathroom with walk in shower and well equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries.Would 100% stay there again and would recommend this hotel to all

This was one of the few hotels where we had no complaints.

Spacious 'garret'room with fine breakfast lent to the location near the Palace WITH the Metro in between. The front desk was on its toes and shared where to eat. Location's neighborhood was filled with eateries and sights.

The room was a bit on the small size. The wardrobe door was in need of repair and some of the Bathroom fittings were also in need of some small repairs but everything did work fine. No view from the room, Just into a concrete courtyard.

Bed uncomfortable on one side therefore husband did not sleep well. Room temperature did not get below 26 C degrees therefore too warm to rest comfortably.

Not a big but comfortable room (lived in a real single) in "like new" condition. provide a refrigerator, safe and all bath stuff (including tooth paste/brush). Very good location. All famos places within walking distance. Very recommended. I will consider it on my next trip.

The restaurant is around the corner. It seems more like a collaboration rather than owned by the hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and calm. The breakfast room as has an exceptional feeling of light even though there is no natural light. Staff were very friendly & helpful!!!

Air conditioning in room didn't appear to work properly - inadequate controls. Had to have window open at night which made room noisy at night.

Persistent bad drain smell in bathroom, stingy with milk for tea and toilet rolls. Room was for 3 people but amenities were limited to 2 people.

No spoon to stir drinks in the room. I would have also liked the tea / coffee and milk to have been replenished in the room daily. When I asked for more it was delivered to my room straight away but it’s a pity I had to ask.

Great location, close to the center but in a quiet place, so was not disturbed by noisy tourists at night. Friendly staff, was offered an early check-in upon arrival. Room was nice, with all the amenities, plus a selection of 3 pillows (which I rarely found at other hotels). Another plus - the window has blinders that turn the room pitch black at night. Will definitely stay there in the future

Two days before my stay the hotel messaged me to make a payment online for the first night's stay. They also sent me an online form to fill in asking for passport and other details. A lot of this was in Spanish so I had to translate. Really I don't like this practice of demanding payment outside of booking.com. I also don't like providing details up front over a third party website. I think this is a security issue, and I won't stay here again for that reason. Also on my last day I went to make payment at the front desk and they couldn't take credit cards. It seems this happens a lot... the street they're in has very low 4G signal required by their machine. So I spent a while messing around when I really needed to get to the airport. This time they noted down my card details... again I think this is a security issue. Not happy.

Hotel is fantastically located and good value. Around the area there are plenty of great restaurants and bars. It's also great for public transport and taxis. Room quality was good. Nice to have a kettle. Bathroom nicely laid out.

Great, helpful and friendly staff. Location was central Madrid and right next to a metro station which takes you everywhere. Clean, cosy rooms and cleaned daily. Very good value for money.
