Third floor apartment was a bit noisy at nights, but I slept well with earplugs.

Perfect location near the beach Postiguet, short walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums etc. Beautiful view towards hotels and Santa Barbara castle. Easy to check in and out.

ALARM. The water for kitchens and bathrooms runs through a pressure pump on the ground floor. This makes a lot of noise, usually in the morning and at night. The apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors suffer a lot from this. I complained but the owner didn't respond. He probably thinks we're stupid tourists. Pity.

The shower head was cracked and sprayed water everywhere, other than that, no problems.

It was very clean and tidy, and we had all the facilities we could ever need. Washing machine, microwave, dish washer, comfortable beds, etc.

For the beginning of March, it was quite cold outside, but also in the apartment, no heat option available (air-conditioned had no power cable).

Noise from the street - something to consider if u travel with small kids.

The location is great, next to the main beach and city center. All needed equipment is available. Also a nice host, quick answers to any questions. I highly recommend this apartment.

Noise in the street. The stovetop not heating properly. Overall it's a pleasant stay.

We stayed for three nights but we never received new towels or any kind of service

We ordered first two nights but decided to extend and had to change rooms for another three nights. We were so lucky that the new room was already empty so we could check in there right away

The bed could be better( it was hard) along with the pillows. And, if someone is going to stay for 10 days, they should have 10 coffee cups suppy not 4 cups for the expresso machine. The bathroom, it badly needs a corner shower caddy inside the bath.

Location location!! The property is in a great place. You can walk out, and it's next to a marketplace place! owner was great at fixing the issue, guickly. And responded quickly.

Beautifully presented studio apartment with a well equiped kitchen area. Very Clean, spotless in fact. Super close to the beach and 2 minute walk from the old town. Taxi Rank is 30 seconds away.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, it is noisy. The street itself is quiet but it is a main thoroughfare from the beach and a bus stop, so sound carries up to the apartment. After the first night we got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper, you'll definitely need ear plugs.

Very spacious studio apartment in excellent location, only steps from the beach in one direction, and the old town, in the other direction. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, with very good wifi, air con and a small but very powerful shower. Also fitted with a dishwasher and washer. Spar supermarket at the end of the street which sold everything! Key code for main door and lock box for door key was ideal as our flight was delayed and we arrived after 1.00am. Airport shuttle bus drops off at the end of the road - 3.85 Euros per person is a lot cheaper than a taxi.

The noise

The apartment was ok, very nice clean and comfy. The location is perfect, just cross the road and you’ll be on the beach. Supermarket is literally behind the corner. The only bad thing was the noise. If you want a peaceful sleep at night THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for you - the street itself is very noisy: cars, motorbikes, giant waste truck, the supermarket warehouse opening at 7am with loud music, random people shouting and ringing our bell in the middle of the night - it was even scary.

Only thing I would mention is that a long mirror is needed in the apartment.

I likes the fact that the instructions upon arrival were clear on how to open the main door and then the codes to open our apartment. I also like the location of the property and how close everything was nearby. The place was very clean and comfy.

This advertise is a fault advertise? It’s not exactly the same in the picture and this is disappointed. They said there’s a balcony in front of the beach. is not front said of the beach
