We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe AC wasn't working because it wasn't the season. Regardless of the season, guests should have the option to regulate the room's temperature. I had to open the window at night.
I think they could have facilitated their guests with shampoo and conditioner and toothpaste. Honestly a haircomb, soap and a cup is not sufficient. It's quite hard to find things travel size around the area.

United KingdomWe booked B&B option but the restaurant does not start serving breakfast until 7.30pm which was too late for our working hours, the staff were not helpful in the hotel in solving the situation. The bathrooms in our rooms continually had a horrible drainage smell and the communal corridors continually smelt of cigarette smoke.

United KingdomBreakfast was very limited to just items to build a sandwich. Some facilities in our room weren't up to par (doors wouldn't lock from the inside, a/c stuck on coldest setting. Room service also took a while to reach our rooms as they work their way up (usually came to our rooms at around 1pm-2pm)
Location was good. 20minute walk to malls and restaurants are quite close to the hotel.The reception was very helpful.
