Found the prepayment procedure very confusing. First got a message from Bookings.com to update my credit card on my account, which I did but then I received a link via message from the hotel. Because there was no explanation about why I received both, at first I thought the link was a scam - as it was a link to external bank payment. We almost cancelled only the hotel explained that we didn't need to provide card details on the app as payment needed to be made to their bank directly. We had some trouble finding the hotel as the GPS kept sending us on a route that was blocked. We had found the way the hotel suggest but the road that leads to the hotel has a bollard which makes you think it's no entry but in fact it's to limit entry.

Everything, very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Didn't know the AC does not work and now I'm sick and still on vacation- I did know they expected me to open the window and Georgi tried to explain it's a old hotel and the ac works like that- and there's nothing he can do- I do think he should have discounted the room- that room was hot as HELL, now I am so sick

The bed did not have anything other than a sheet however we did get a thicker blanket when we asked the second night.

The breakfast was the best! The menu had plenty of options for our two-night stay and food was prepared well.

very frustrating booking. when we travel I don’t check my emails often. received few emails that my reservation will be canceled because of wrong credit card on booking. I had concierge from our hotel that we were staying prior to call the hotel directly to figure what was wrong. the receptionist insisted to pay for the hotel with the link (link didn’t work). offered to pay over the phone. just to find out that upon our arrival they refunded the charged full amount and charged again. strange policy and I didn’t experience that the whole 3 weeks we traveled. wasted my vacation time to deal with incompetent front desk person.

straight on the beach with rooms facing to the beach and on to back little square. there are some rooms with balconies but you can enjoy to have nice drink on top of little patio.

AC did not work. I requested service and they came to fix it twice and both time they said the AC worked but did not. AC kept turning off automatically as soon as I turn it on.

Too many old people over 65 years-old looks like geriatric center ..hospital like..because of tourist profile..old couples..the shops are full of Chinese cheep things..the food is good only in some places..majority don't care ..about quality price..

The sun set and the nature is great but it s a very small village and people don t know business..no busses..no taxi....veryyy manyyy old people..over 65 years old..

We booked a sea view room and we thought we had a terrace. Unfortunately we were on the first floor with limited seaview and just a window. Than i feel its totally overpriced

The building is beautiful and location is probably best in Tossa de Mar
